Novatura

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the commercial director of an IT company. We help fleet operators maximize the value of their existing fleet technologies by integrating and optimizing current systems to improve performance, safety, and risk management — without requiring new hardware or system replacements.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Novatura?

We needed a team that understood what we wanted to build and had the means and enthusiasm to also make it their own. Both businesses were new, and we really liked that they showed the same energy as we had as a startup.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Novatura has built our system from scratch. They've handled everything, including backend database management, integrations with third-party data providers, UI, and mobile app development.

What is the team composition?

I'm unsure about the number of teammates from Novatura assigned to our project.

How did you come to work with Novatura?

We met them through a program.

How much have you invested with them?

I'm keeping this information confidential.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Novatura has built a proof of concept to get the first intake of customers signed off. Then, they've worked through roadmap milestones based on customer feedback and our own wishlist. The system is now live and ready for large-scale deployment.

How did Novatura perform from a project management standpoint?

Novatura has always delivered on time. We've had the odd thing here and there to smooth out, but that's the same with every project. The experience of working with them outweighs any comparison from other roles I've worked in. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Novatura's speed and enthusiasm. They don't just take a work item and do what they're told. They make it their own and always take it upon themselves to improve the process or outcome when we're not aware of the full potential or limits of what we're asking for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Novatura to improve.
