Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We wanted to do a customer success video with a client based in Utah (we are Austrian) and so I engaged the help of Novais to assist in this production. We started working on the storyline over the summer and then moved to all the necessary elements of the video, handled by Rafael, including casting, scouting. We met him on sight and his team managed the entire shoot, with us as AP's. The video was also then handled in post, for editing, coloring, sound engineering, and graphics.

The final deliverable was of course the finished video in all formats required.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a defined timeline to meet, and this was done. Video also hit all the marks with stakeholders in terms of quality and content.

Items were checked off the list in the months leading up to the project. We kept in close communication for the entire process, and the delivery was done seamlessly.

Novais Studios' communication is on point, their work is undeniable, and the team is solid. For someone travelling nearly 10,000km for a project, I had to put a lot of faith in his delivery and planning. This was done without question.

Novais Studios provided incredible photography and video content for Crystal Palace Football Club across two different pre-season tours of Salt Lake City in the summers of 2023 and 2024.

Rafael and his team at Novais Studios were incredible in helping us capture content throughout our time in Salt Lake City, delivering training content and match photos which were used throughout our social media, website and marketing campaigns.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The content provided by Novias Studios was nothing short of remarkable. We were very happy with all the photos and video content that was produced and we used it across all of our different social media channels, as well as on our website, marketing and in print.

Rafael and his team helped us promote both of our pre-season tours in 2023 and 2024 in ways we couldn't imagine. I highly reccomend Novais Studios for any of your photography and video production needs.

Everything was delivered on time, to the highest quality which is expected of a Premier League football club.

Novais Studios met all of our needs and even went above and beyond to provide content that we wouldn't normally have in our regular day-to-day coverage, such as drone footage and GoPro FPV footage.
