Basically, Norml handled our whole digital infrastructure. They designed and developed a custom WordPress site for us, focusing heavily on the landing pages and forms we need to capture seller leads. But the biggest part was the backend work—they connected those forms directly to our Zoho CRM so that every lead is automatically tagged and routed to our team instantly. They also handle all the testing and analytics to make sure the funnels are actually converting. We’ve been working with them since 2019, so they still handle all our ongoing maintenance and updates

We had valuable educational content but didn't have a centralized platform or a good way to deliver it to people who didn't know us yet. We hired Norml Studio to build our entire website ecosystem and a "classic course pipeline." They started by mapping out the strategy and designing our branding in Figma so the website would look professional and trustworthy. Then they developed the actual website and all the key landing pages, including a Lead Magnet page to capture emails and a "Tripwire" page where we offer a low-cost product via video. They set up email sequences that trigger based on user behavior on the site, ensuring that if someone downloads a guide but doesn't buy, the system follows up with them automatically without us lifting a finger.

The website is up and running successfully, and the system is converting. We validated this approach with our Short-term rental course first, and once we saw it working, we rolled it out to our other two courses. Now we have an automated machine that nurtures leads 24/7. The biggest win is that we don't have to manually "warm up" leads anymore. The website does it for us by giving them a taste of the value before asking for the main purchase, which has made our sales process much smoother and more scalable

Norml Studio developed and built the entire current phase of our platform. You can view the website at www.gopetzen.com. Key deliverables included:

Detailed branding exercise. Included brand feel, look, logo design, color schemes etc. Incorporation of this into the website developed.

Wesbite development. Utilizing branding and UX/UI work developed a website that clearly delivers our message/strategy. Users can register through it and communicate with us.

Questionnaire and Communications development. Developed the capabilities for us to automatically send out questionnaires/quizzes to pet parents on a monthly basis and offer coupons in exchange.  This involved utilizing Mailchimp to send out the communications including email and SMS notifying of a new set of questions, reminders to complete quizzes, delivering coupons and reminders to use them and other communications.

User information and quizz response tracking. Developed a database in Airtable that automatically recieves and saves all the information provided by the users at registration and as each quizz is completed. Also has the relevant coupons for each quizz that would be sent out to users. It also tracks when users contact us for adding/removing pets or with other questions.

In addition outside of the SOW provided valuable input to increase the impact of our communications with potential users, help the business grow, and made connections with consultants that are helping us as we build our presence.

The project management was exceptional! Our project manager was always available, extremely professional, responsive to our communications, and lead a multidisciplinary team very well.

As a whole, Norml Studio always met deliverable timelines even if there was sometime scope creep on our part.  They were very accomodating of our requests and also provided extremely useful feedback and insights if at times we were moving in a less than optimal direction. Also the executive team/founders would join most of our weekly and adhoc calls to ensure they were aware of all the moving pieces and available to provide their expertise on any aspect of it.

They utlized multiple platforms to ensure data, deliverables, timing was being tracked efficiently. After every single meeting our project manager would record a summary and provide a list of deliverables/next steps for both their team and ours.

I have worked on many projects and can honestly say that I have never encountered a better managed project.

Guys did a great job helping us streamline our entire workflow. We started by mapping out exactly how our team works — from filtering leads to tracking results — and the final product reflects that perfectly.

The map feature is incredibly useful; we can literally draw custom zones on the screen to pick our target areas and filter properties instantly. For our drivers, the automated routing is a lifesaver — it generates the best path and opens it directly in Google Maps with one click.

They also set up a really smart tracking system where our reps can log visit outcomes on the spot. I especially like the QR code feature they added for door hangers; it automatically tracks where the lead came from even if nobody is home. The whole system connects seamlessly with our CRM and feels very secure and reliable.

They worked in sprints and kept us updated on the logic, which was complicated. Since we were building a tool for drivers, the UX had to be simple. They were very responsive—when we needed to tweak how the filters worked or how the map displayed icons, they handled it quickly. Their ability to translate a messy operational problem (driving to thousands of houses) into a clean, simple digital interface. Drawing shapes on a map to filter a database is a powerful feature that they implemented perfectly. They understood that the app needed to be practical for someone sitting in a car, not just look good on a desktop.

Working with maps and geolocation APIs is always tricky. There were some initial bugs with how the routes rendered on certain devices, or how the map zoomed in on clusters of homes. It took a bit of back-and-forth testing to get the "drawing on map" feature to be perfectly smooth on mobile.

We asked to redesign just one page, but they ended up revamping entire website and branding for our bridal store in Kitchener, Canada.

They structured the project, designed everything in Figma, and then built it out on Squarespace. 

Along the way, they rebuilt our booking system and set up analytics tracking. After the development phase, they took charge of our Google Ads and SEO services. Now, the store is one of the top bridal stores in Kitchener on Google Search in their key area.

They continue to work on and improve the project.
