Guys helped us build a new website. We were looking for strong branding, clear messaging, and reliable execution — and they delivered on all fronts. The site is now our main marketing tool. They worked closely with us to present our services and complex case studies with a clear UX structure and visual hierarchy. Our previous site leaned heavily on flashy animations but lacked usability. This time, we focused less on wow-effects and more on clarity and effective communication — and it paid off.

I built the store myself initially, but at some point, I needed a professional team to take over. I brought the team in to handle the technical side, scale operations, fix bugs, and ensure everything ran smoothly while I focused on strategy. They developed a plan, improved the brand and the store step-by-step, helped automate warehouse operations, applied best practices, and took over both management and technical responsibilities. They also helped improve SEO, Ads, and CRO.

We worked on a monthly support basis and had weekly progress meetings with the Project Manager and the team, delivering new features in sprints. If a critical bug needed fixing, we had direct access to a developer, ensuring quick resolution.

They ran a deep, 2–3 hour strategy session that brought me and other team members together to brainstorm ways to improve the business. By the end, we had over 50 actionable items, all prioritized based on how quickly and easily they could be implemented — using an effort-impact framework to guide the next steps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Norml Studio could have done differently?

As with any contractor, there were times we could’ve moved faster or hit estimates more accurately. But what I appreciate most is that the team always communicates openly and stays honest throughout. That’s why I continue working with them — clear communication and proactive effort. You can’t avoid problems, but you can deal with them transparently.

I don’t think anything needs to change. I’ll keep working with them as I grow my business.

We asked to redesign just one page, but they ended up revamping entire website and branding for our bridal store in Kitchener, Canada.

They structured the project, designed everything in Figma, and then built it out on Squarespace. 

Along the way, they rebuilt our booking system and set up analytics tracking. After the development phase, they took charge of our Google Ads and SEO services. Now, the store is one of the top bridal stores in Kitchener on Google Search in their key area.

They continue to work on and improve the project.
