We needed to chase a few times but were very responsive. When we provided deadlines that absolutely could not be missed, they delivered on time.

Responsiveness was excellent. I was never met with a no, our account manager would get any information we needed when we asked for it.

Overpromised on deadlines, I would often get a response that something will be with me tomorrow and I'd have to chase them up. The time scale was not an issue so just telling me when it would actually be delivered would have resolved this issue.

In terms of delivering items on time, I can say that their team was extremely punctual and consistently met all deadlines that were set. Additionally, their responsiveness to our needs was exceptional - they were always available to address any questions or concerns we had and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the project. Overall, I was very impressed with their project management skills and would highly recommend them for any future projects.

Overall, the project went smoothly and we were very pleased with the final outcome. However, there is one area where we feel there could have been some improvement. Specifically, at the start of the project, the team suggested using pre-existing themes that could be modified to match our color scheme. While this was a helpful suggestion, it wasn't made clear to us that these themes needed to be purchased from a separate company. This caused some delay in the project timeline as the team was not initially familiar with the setup of the chosen theme. Going forward, we would suggest that the team provide more clarity around any external resources that may be required for the project.
