I am the medical director of a UK consulting business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Noorisys Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

Our company was innovating in an app idea to tackle a global issue of healthcare resource management for hospitals. We wanted to create a unique cross-platform application and publish this, giving access to various modules to worldwide vendors. The development involved using the products as a whole, or subcomponents of the products to support running of services in healthcare.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We proposed a job on various sites and chose the vendor for their engagement with us, price and understanding of our problem.

We had a kick off meeting and signed an NDA. We then discussed our requirements at a high level. The vendor products some sketches for us and some work to reflect some of their portfolio. This gave us confidence and we engaged based on price and service quality.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a director on occasion, a CTO, 4-5 developers, 2 x graphic designers, and further ad-hoc developers for iOS custom work etc. regular engagement with the CTO and project manager was done.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We produced the work in phases. Phases were agreed and tested at each step. The team were honest and any bugs or errors in each phase even discovered later were fixed for free.

There was flexibility working with us. Rapid answering and engagement with our relevant team for the project

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The price to quality. Their quality of work for the price was very astounding. Normally with low price you often compromise quality. However not in this case. The outcome of quality was very good. Hard working team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the time their website could have improved. But now things are much better.
