Over a two-year period, the supplier worked alongside our internal team to support the design, development and ongoing improvement of our bespoke online platform built with React and Node. Rather than operating as a standalone development arm, they acted as an extension of our team, providing additional technical expertise, problem solving and delivery capacity where needed.

Their involvement included helping us shape the technical approach, contributing to the build of core features, and assisting with the integration of third-party services. They supported our sprint cycles, collaborated on requirement refinement, and helped address technical challenges as the platform grew in scale and complexity.

Throughout the engagement, they offered guidance on best practices for architecture, security and maintainability. Their contribution helped us accelerate development, improve code quality and maintain momentum across multiple phases of the project.

Noble.codes impelement several feature based project for.  They would implement backend changed in nodeJS to support two front-ends.  They also impelemented the front-end changes in both our mobile app (iOS) and well as our web front-end changes in ReactJS

Project features that were delivered we measured by the scalability, code qualtity and their direct impact on revenue.

I have worked with many software development firms throughout my career, and Noble.codes is by far the best.  They delivered features quickly and with execellent quality.  I am always impressed with how thorough they are.  They often catch requirements or edge cases that my team overlooked during our design phase. I will continue to use Noble.codes for other project in the future.

We needed to build a full web SaaS application, including the frontend, backend, and database, and to onboard extra developers as fast as needed. And that is where Noble.codes came in. As the project is ongoing, the key deliverables so far are: 

• Multiple integrated sub-applications within our monorepo
• Continuous feature delivery and implementation based on product requirements
• A working application that follows the specifications that we set out.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project is ongoing, so at this point, we're measuring by whether or not we have working demos for this application. And that's been a success. We have a working SaaS application with continuous feature releases and functional demos. Features are delivered quickly and consistently, and the platform is actively progressing toward our full product launch.

Project management has been excellent. The team ships fast and often - sometimes implementing features within a day or two after discussion. Communication is direct and smooth, and they proactively fill in gaps when requirements are high-level. They are highly responsive to feedback and evolving needs, with frequent check-ins and strong internal leadership involvement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Strong autonomy and problem-solving ability. They can take high-level direction and turn it into high-quality implementation - and they’re very strong at architecture, data modeling, and building scalable solutions. Also, punctuality and reliability are excellent - no chasing, consistent stand-ups, consistent delivery.

As with any fast-moving project, you're always wondering how to ship even faster - but they already move at a strong pace without sacrificing quality or burning out the team.
