Our website was completed within our desired timeline, and as is it functions very well. We will continue to work with Nividata as we live with the new website and undrstand what we have to do to improve it.

I've nevr worked with a web consultancy company before, but it's hard to see how we could have had a better experience. I wouldn't say it was perfect but sort of us all being in the same room, it worked well. They were helpful and very patient with our dumb questions.

Since, it was a staff augmentation requirements, the expectation was the developer should be able to accomplish the assigned work in a timely manner with expected quality. The developer had a good knowledge about React Native, UI frameworks, practices etc. He was able to complete the assigned work.

NIVIDATA CONSULTANCY developed our website using Python and Django with a MySQL database, including its backend system. In addition, they built a complete search engine that gives environmentally sustainable search results using Elasticsearch.

I worked with them on previous projects and had a great experience. I reached out to them for this project, and they came up with a very professional approach, so I felt very comfortable moving forward with them.

I'm the CEO of an investment advisory firm ocated in Spain. We’re running a subscription business and we provide information about the stock market to our subscribers.

They designed and built a simple WordPress website from scratch. They helped us integrate our website with the provider of the data we use. The provider was a US company named Portfolio123.

The team also created a table with information on our website located at the end of the page. It was used by our subscribers to enter the platform.

They worked very well and had impressive capabilities. However, we didn’t have any metrics to support the impact of their work.

They were very good at sticking to our project’s schedule and to our agreed budget. Our communication was very good, and we had no issues with them. We mainly communicated through email, but we also kept in touch through a WhatsApp group.

We expected a professional relationship and NIVIDATA CONSULTANCY was able to give us that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were happy with their work. However, if they could speak Spanish or Kaban that would be very nice because I’d be able to communicate easily with them. It was the only thing that I felt they need to improve.

NiviData Consultancy developed an Android mobile application for our company in order to complement an existing web application. Our main goals for this project were to include a mobile app in Google Play Store to offer our users another platform to use our application, reach a wider audience and ultimately increase engagement and conversion rate.

We selected NiviData because they were strongly recommended by another entrepreneur who we’ve known for a long time. The deciding factors were their good reviews and recommendations.

My Nedalia Android app was built using Android Studio. NiviData followed a very organized workflow. We had a first meeting with Mr. Bheda and Mr. Savsani to discuss our project goal and explain our app requirements.

We emailed them the exact requirements for our app. NiviData team developed the app, incorporated our feedback and delivered a revised version. Then we met again to give us a demo, hand over the app code and explain us how to upload the app and submit it for review in Google Play Console. The development was directed by Mr. Savsani, the Mobile Tech Lead, who was also our main contact for development issues.

NiviData team was made up by Mr. Hitesh Bheda (Co-founder), Mr. Jay Savsani (Mobile Tech Lead) and Mr. Mehul Makwana (Mobile Application Developer).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Not yet, because our Android app has been recently submitted to Google Play Console for review and approval. However, we’re totally convinced that their work will have a very positive impact on our business.

NiviData followed a very organized workflow. In our first meeting, we explained our app requirements to Mr. Bheda and Mr. Savsani. The development was directed by Mr. Savsani, the Mobile Tech Lead, who was also our main contact for development issues.

Mr. Bheda was present in most meetings but wasn’t directly involved in daily development issues and doubts. We regularly communicated by email and also had several online meetings using Google Meet. Distance was never a problem, since communication with NiviData team was easy, fast and effective from the very beginning.

They developed the requested Android app in a very tight time schedule. They were easily accessible and their response time was incredibly fast.

I can’t think of anything at this moment.

We just launched Mumbler and the first users are starting their subscription podcasts with no problems.

We hired Nividata to create the public website and all the software needed for the business to run. So Nividata has created all our SaaS solution from scratch working from our initial mockups and designs.

The chose Nividata as they were recommended by a friend of us. We talked to them, understood our project and needs really fast and made an adjusted budget for the project.

We had a kick off meeting where we explained what we wanted to achieve and shared our initial mockups and Nividata created a project plan for us, including all the phases of the project. They started creating the infrastructure asap while we were finishing the designs and when we sent them to Nividata, they started to work on the SaaS.

Nividata divided the work on 3 different phases. Every phase finished with some functionalities ready to test. We have reviewed the work until now (2 phases completed) and it has been excellent. Our SaaS has a public website (marketing), a web application for both podcasters and users, and a backend for us to manage the business.

We are ready to launch our SaaS to the market and in the initial tests, everything works smoothly and we are really happy with the result

The communication is really fluid, as Nividata added us to a Fleep channel were every question is addressed. When needed, we have organized a videocall to solve issues and take decisions.

The understood really fast our needs, in a not-so-well-known vertical as it's a SaaS for podcasters. They are really fast at implementing the solution and are always open to improve every aspect of the development.

I'm the IT-officer of Zervices. With the tooling of Zervices a customer can create quotes for maintenance in and around their home. When a customer is satisfied about the quotation we will assign the job to a certified craftsman. During the job Zervices using an automated workflow-system to keep track of the job.

For example: automatic incoming and outgoing payment, reminders for appointments and even automatic product-order by our selected suppliers.

Our new propositions are developing very fast. Next to that we're working with a lot of lead-generators and those are increasing fast.

It's very expensive to develop a new quotation-tool for every proposition in the specific house-style of the lead-generator. So we needed a frame-work for building this quotation-tools in a time effective way which can be used by someone without specific IT-knowledge.

In our first meeting Nividata understood our challenge and our calculation method. They were able to translate our key problems into solutions, and more importantly, in a tight time schedule.

The application is build in the Django framework. First they build a calculation tool for the front-end. After that the drag-and-drop form-builder was implemented so even a person without any IT-knowledge is able to set-up a quotation tool.

When the base was ready we start to implement al the lead-generator specific requirements. But very important, every requirement must be multi usable for different lead-generators and products.

From the Nividata side there were 3 core developers involved. Sometimes when we had specific requirement there were an additional 4 developers. Next to the developers 1 managers from the Nividata. On the side of Zervices we had 2 testers, 1 product-owner and 1 IT-officer.

Nividata was able to deliver a MVP very quickly so we could use the new front-end for our customers. In the weeks afterwards they delivered all the additional requirements for our quotation tool.

The project management style of Nividata is great. The project manager of Nividata is very informed but without being involved on daily business. For the daily business they used the lead-developer who informed his manager. Skype was our main tool for communication and this worked very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The development quality in short time-frames. Our leadgenerators are expecting a lot off additional features and Nividata was able to build them all without months of waiting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think it's nice to use a tool like Jira to track development and give comments on specific user-stories. Sometimes we had 10 different user-stories and I got lost in all the comments given on Skype.

We engaged NiviData during conception phase of Onlore. Understandably, Onlore was only a vision at that time which NiviData helped become reality in last 10 months.

The platform is live as planned, reaching its customers, as well as generating revenue. However, the work has only begun and lot more is being planned to make Onlore the holistic retail enabler that it aims to be.

Positive references and number of active clients with live products helped us narrow down on our list of potential vendors. Onlore has vision to challenge current market practices and we needed someone who can understand that and partner in achieving that together.

After discussing initial scope of work with 3 different web development agencies, we narrowed down on NiviData as they showed a sense of partnership rather than just project lead during our discussions.

After running through formalities such as non-disclosure agreement and engagement contract, Onlore and NiviData worked on SRS documents to clearly draft phase-by-phase implementation and deliverables. SRS also helped in determining cost structure, dependencies, and KPIs for quality assurance on final product.

We engaged a team of 6 employees from NiviData for Onlore comprising of one Project Manager, one Tech Lead, one Designer, one Tester, one Front-end Developer, and one Back-end Developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site has been recently launched and undergoing beta testing at the moment. The feedback regarding UI/UX and overall presentation is extremely positive. Improvements are promptly considered and implemented by NiviData team.

All in all, Onlore looks ready to go live in next one week to get the most out of its unique product offerings with easy to use UX.

We kept our communication short and precise to get most out of allocated ‘discussion time’. SRS developed in the beginning of the project helped keep both sides honest with their expectations while any out of scope requirements were discussed and timed in a way that project deliverables don’t get delayed.

Task management is handled on Trello. Day-to-day communications are on Fleep.io.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way NIVIDATA has taken equal ownership in the work separates them from any other software development agency. NiviData team is eager to listen, improvise, and explore while staying focus on development goals which is rare in remote development team.

Ask questions until the requirements are not 100% clear. We had a few instances of understanding gap where follow-up questions and discussions could have helped avoid double work and delivered the outcome without any delay.

After the creation of the website, I have obtained an extra source of income that is constantly growing after the implementation of new functions regularly that allows me to reach more public. The fast implementations and solutions provided by NIVIDATA have helped me a lot in this process.
