Scope: Homepage, Platform, Solution pages (by Use Case, Role, Industry), About, Demo, Resources hub, and CMS-driven Blogs, Case Studies, Webinars, Events, and Whitepapers. Deliverables: UX workshop and information architecture, wireframes and UI design in Figma, custom illustrations, animations, full Webflow build with component-based architecture, structured CMS, HubSpot form integration, technical SEO setup (schema, headings, alt text, Core Web Vitals), analytics setup, CMS training for our team, and post-launch warranty.

Nitrous faced some difficulties with task follow-through and consistent, proactive communication. The introduction of dedicated project managers helped significantly to mitigate issues with dropped/delayed deliverables as a result of these difficulties.
