• The website met all PageSpeed Insights goals for desktop (primary focus)
• Conversions improved as early as after 1 month of launch (but that's also because of the new positoning)
• The Webflow build is clean. I can ship blogs in under an hour.

Deliverables: UX workshop and information architecture, wireframes and UI design in Figma, custom illustrations, animations, full Webflow build with component-based architecture, structured CMS, HubSpot form integration, technical SEO setup (schema, headings, alt text, Core Web Vitals), analytics setup, CMS training for our team, and post-launch warranty.
