I am manager at La Sultan Restaurant. We are a Dutch Restaurant here in Germany.

We were already in Food Business however this was our new project, a new location and we need professional branding and a proper designed website for our business. One of our co-founder sugggested us to hire Ninja Softs for this job. This is how we connected with them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have a little list of web designers and branding agencies with us, however when we connected with some of them, we found that they are far-out reach from our budget. However, Ninja Softs guys were flexible and even they guided us what's best and how to do marketing in low budget. Therefore we decided to work with them.

Stages of project were following:

• Initial consulting
• They answered with quotation and guideline what will be the work and how they will deliver.
• After a little negotation, we agreed with them.
• They settled our Logo, Branding the whole marketing things and started their working on Website as well.
• During website design, they shared us the working and where it required we ask them to customize more.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, we totally rebrand our restaurant, and before buying this business, it was completely a dumb place. People were not liked to come here for food, but once we market and brand it with our own branding, we see a speedy increment in walk-in customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were easy to communicate, with by using WhatsApp chat, and emails. We can easily ask them for revisions if required. Overall trusted relationship.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are creative, task-oriented, and hardworking.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should market themselves internationally. I think they should work in the international market with big brands. But I think they are not working with big fish. Also, they should use some more attractive way to schedule meetings etc.

This also include admission and donation forms, leading to an increase in inquiries and donations. Overall, Ninja Softs delivered a solution that not only met but exceeded our expectations, driving measurable growth in our foundation's outreach and operations.

Their responsiveness to our needs was outstanding; they quickly implemented two rounds of revisions without hesitation, even for our change of mind in design layout, ensuring the final product aligned perfectly with our vision. Communication was smooth, mostly we schedule meetings on Zoom & Anydesk, for shorter and we quick responses we have a WhatsApp group with team and they kept us informed at every stage of the project, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
