We hired a company NiKos media to develop a strategy for an advertising campaign in Google ads and further support advertising campaigns: tracking analytics and adjusting advertising campaigns The company did an excellent job and we used the services of this company for a year

We chose this company because this company has extensive experience in setting up google advertising companies in America, Canada and Europe. Also, this company has very reasonable prices. And very cool specialists headed by Konstantin

We started our work with a discussion of the strategy, then we worked out the keywords, the target audience, made up the semantic core and announcements in great detail. After that the company nikos media connected analytics and made a trial launch Then we waited for the optimization of the advertising strategy and in the first month we received more than 700 leads and made 132 sales in a very difficult niche.

After that, the company nikos media was engaged in strategy optimization and the number of leads doubled over the next two months, with the same advertising budget.

I was amazed that they are Google marketing gurus, know all the trends, are very adaptive, quickly bring everything new into the project, quickly adjust and adapt to any business change Their goal is to make your company as profitable as possible and this is very cool!

I think at this stage they are doing everything perfectly!

For what projects/services did your company hire NiKos Media, and what were your goals?

We were looking for extending our sales for out web development services. So we hired NiKos Media to manage our google ads activity for attracting new clients from the USA.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were comparing several agencies from Ukraine, who provides google ads service for US customers. We found them here and on russian freelance platforms, checked their portfolio and decided to work with them. Deciding factor was their experience and team located in our city.

Our cooperation began on setting up some search ads campaigns on Google Ads. Within 3 months we added more campaigns, such as remarketing and display ads campaign which were bringing extra leads to our company. We didn't engage with technical stuff, we only were readying incredibly detailed reports for performance and work done. Our key KPI was to get leads at 40$ price. They achieved 27$, which makes great and profitable out cooperation. WE are still working with them and will use their service till they give such great results.

We worked with 2 expert: 1. Konstantyn - project manager who communicates with us and provide all the information regarding campaigns and its' status. 2. PPC specialist - we have never talked with expert due to NiKos Media policies, but we know that project is carried well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with NiKos Media for over 6 months, we started to get 30% more clients per month for 27$ per lead at current level of campaigns, in the beginning first leads were costing us 140$. We are excited about current performance and want to build more!

We use Slack for communication and stably we communicate once per week during reporting days. But if we give some query on status or something, they provide answer in about 2-3 hours. All reports or documents are send in google data studio, google docs or sheets. They never failed deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are so client-oriented, even when we chat we always read messages containing you focused cases, for example: if we set up this campaign, your company will get this and this. And we really like that this agency cares about the results of the project. As Konstantyn always say - when you make client happy, he makes you happy as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not sure, I'm a developer and quite far from ppc niche. I'd say that I'm satisfied with what we have right now, but according to Junes' report, they are saying we have more room for grow.

Since the beginning of the collaboration, the campaigns have probably improved by about 20%.

How did Nikos Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They manage the project very well and they provide a weekly report regarding the performance. We occasionally have meetings to discuss the process, but outside of that, we talk pretty much every other day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their overall professionalism is the most impressive. They would be a liquidation to anyone.

No, I’m completely happy with their service.
