I wasn't involved in agency selection--hired afterwards.

Designed, built, and launched all websites under our direction. Attended all technical details to ensure smooth user function and operability, interactivity among sites.

Two primary points of contact, Dina and Ali, who were amazingly responsive!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We just launched our websites--our company is thrilled with the vastly improved imagery, brand, and consistency in style across all of our properties. This was a massive project, and our team requested many changes. Dina and Ali were amazingly professional and helpful!

Our project management team was very responsive. We requested many changes as we were just forming our brand style and content, so it was moving as we proceeded. But Dina and Ali were continuously professional, knew when to push back for optimal functioning of the site, and responded quickly. They have been great partners along the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to handle multiple projects in flight, despite these projects being frequently shifting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really!

We hired Nika to create a website for a game we are developing.

We were referred to Nika by a mutual friend.

We had several meetings where Nika worked with our creative director to assess the needed content. Nika researched similar products and suggested designs via a series of mock-ups. From there, they added animation, refined the store features, content and implemented a randomizing feature that we requested to serve up random videos with our game. They also worked with us to understand Shopify set up and integration.

Two people. The Founder and the Project Manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There were some unique aspects of the website that were likely a bit different from a typical site. They were able to get everything to work nicely.

WE had meetings roughly every week until the vision was set, then regular email updates for key milestones or questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good work, reasonable price and easy to work with.

Very satisfied!

We have been working with Ali and team for past few years and they are legendary UI UX E-Commerce Web and Mobile App development company. I strongly recommend Nika for any digital solution for your web and mobile projects.

Nika and team very good communicating as well as meeting deadlines.

On time delivery and Nika never compromise on quality.

No, we were very satisfied with their work.

One of my clients had a website that they did not have access to and we needed to migrate it so our client had ownership of it and the content.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Nika came highly recommended by a trusted colleague.

We assess the situation, and I relied on Nika to provide the expertise and knowledge to complete the migration of the site. They also provided support on the backend for security and SSL certification issues that came up.

I worked primarily with Ali who was knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It’s been a seamless migration, and the client is very pleased!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their workflow was excellent. Highly recommend!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With most design companies that I’ve worked with in the past decade, my biggest complaint is the lack of communication and delayed timelines on deliverables. Working with Nika it was the exact opposite!

I can’t think of anything.
