We contracted NextZen Minds to continue the development work of our web platform and iOS app, where we required a team of knowledgeable and dedicated developers to assist the needs of our scheduling platform to advance our current booking features, payment systems and communications automation. A summary of the key deliverables were: 

• to complete site and app updates and software fixes
• integrate Square as our new payment gateway for payment processing, gift card orders, and memberships
• complete our communications management system.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team at NextZen Minds completed all assigned website and iOS app tasks with ease, in a timely fashion and with care resulting in us able to proceed with the release of new features and progress forward with our company initiatives which were on hold until the completion of this work. The development team continue to work in harmony, completing very difficult tasks while exceeding expectations each time.

Project requirements were outlined with a clear approach and discussed prior to work commencing, we established a fair rate for each task order submitted whether on the hourly basis or fixed rate which allowed for our client peace of mind and a nice work relation. 

The project manager was always readily available even after hours or on weekends for urgent questions. The team works well to complete assignments in the shortest time possible and has a vast knowledge to be able to handle any job requirement, always impressed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team has a large number of in-house talent who can tend to any task or assignment you require. I submit the most robust software tasks and complex work orders, and they are always done with the most efficiency. 

If the assigned developers are not too familiar with a fix or task, someone on the team can be consulted close by and offer the needed assistance, so all work orders can be maintained within the same company for completion. You don't need to piece assignments out elsewhere, so it's very convenient working with NextZen Minds for accuracy and security, they are the one-stop shop truly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NextZen Minds could have done differently?

I'm overall happy with our current work relation, we communicate well and grow together as we reach new challenges or technical hurdles we must overcome. We have group chats and the team is always available by email or phone so it's a seamless process from start to finish.
