We are a team of ERP consultants for the manufacturing industry. I market those services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nextiny, and what were your goals?

I have some disparate systems that needed to be streamlined. I'm building a digital campaign that is responsive and tracks activity. I hired Nextiny to assist because they have the technical expertise and understand the nuances of B2B marketing. My goals were to clean up my systems to create a foundation and set a priority list for future marketing operations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I worked with them before in a past company on other projects. They are skilled in many areas of marketing. The deciding factor is that they deliver high-quality work and their team is great.

My company uses HubSpot and they are HubSpot gurus. We predominantly worked to maximize my current HubSpot system. Nextiny set up the project steps using Monday.com to keep us all on the same page and clarity of the tasks at hand.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There are two key people I work with regularly: Director Of Client Services and the Client Strategist. They are fantastic. They also pulled in other team members for the task at hand, when it made sense.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The measurable results are in the setup of HubSpot and the fixing of issues. The proof is in the pudding. They are very knowledgeable about the systems I needed to set up for my marketing efforts to maximize my goals: awareness & interest campaigns.

I plan to use them in the future for a more robust conversion campaign. They are very much aware of the "marketing funnel" and all the various efforts needed to maximize every stage of the B2B buyer's journey.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The most important thing I can say is that they are clear on what they will deliver and they deliver on time, keeping me on track. I find this to be rare with hired marketing assistance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked within my timeframe and had flexibility in schedule. I didn't have the time to finish the project in 30 days so we stretched it over a 6-week period. I didn't get billed monthly, but rather by the project itself. This is was a big deal for me and I find quite unique. I never get the sense that they are trying to penny pinch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not for this project. They are top notch.

Nextiny knew from the beginning I will be a challenging client, after all this will be version 10 of the same website in a short amount of time, tired of not being understood, or someone really "getting my business" or even thinking about the flow of the content I was about to give up...my frustration was inexplicable to the outside world.
