The NextG team needed to carry out a general redesign. This included updating existing pages, introducing new ones, and adding new post types to enrich the content offering and improve user engagement. Multiple forms were implemented for different purposes across the website. A subscription service was added, along with other changes based on our requirements.

A successful redesign, fully consistent with our layouts. HubSpot forms were integrated and strategically placed throughout the website. These forms empower our visitors to subscribe to our newsletters and download useful information in PDF format. The site is easy to maintain and has been updated according to our requirements.

We’ve been working together on the website development for our event agency for a while now. So far, we have two working platforms and many successful event campaigns. A lot of useful functionality was presented to our users such as volunteer, donation functionalities and kilometer counter. Our goal is to provide our members with a user-friendly website and the NextG team helps us with this.

It’s the little things that make a big difference for our team! NextG always go the extra mile to ensure the site is as polished as possible upon delivery, like inserting content from the layouts. It might not seem like much, but it consistently saves us time and improves our efficiency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NextG could have done differently?

There are a few small adjustments that we made over time, as we learn to work together, but nothing significant. For example, using only GSAP library for animation, replace some of the plugins with in-theme code, slightly adjust the animations to better match client's style.

The important thing is that NextG is always highly responsive in addressing and resolving requests immediately!

At first, we were not fully satisfied with the speed of work, but we found the root of this issue, and they quickly fixed it, and there were no more similar situations.

The primary task for NextG was to create two separate platforms: a multilingual knowledge base (for adding our courses, user guides, and FAQs) and a multilingual quiz platform. The quiz platform needed to be connected to our main product via API. This task also included ongoing maintenance for both platforms, such as updating plugins, developing and testing new features, and managing content.

We’ve successfully achieved all of this, and now we’re focused on adding more languages and implementing further improvements.

We’ve been using the knowledge base for quite some time now, and it really makes things easier for both us and our users. It’s cut down on the number of questions we get and gives our customers more helpful information.

Our customers love the quiz platform as part of our core product, so we’re adding new languages to keep improving it.

NextG is supporting our websites (PHP plugins and website version updating), and improving the individual sections of them. They created new pages and remade one of our corporate websites, to improve its quality.

They moved forms from Pardot to Marketo and integrated the multistep forms on some of the websites. Also, they worked on the integration of marketing metrics and analytics. Fixed the mailing templates.

NextG assisted with the redesign, changing the color palette according to new branding colors, fixing the adaptive layout of the websites, and developing landing pages.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The quality of all our sites has been improved by a lot. For users, for our usage, in way of SEO optimization and marketing.  We now have Marketo forms on our sites with all the accompanying improvements, such as UTM tracking, Google and Facebook tracking, data processing depending on the user’s location integration, and other marketing metrics. Security vulnerabilities were fixed. We've also made several improvements to the design and responsiveness of the sites, and we continue to work on it.

The main scope of work was to maintain the WooCommerce shop and to implement new or seasonal changes, including new designs and new features. During this collaboration, a range of tasks have been completed, among which: are shop redesign; usability, adaptiveness, conversion improvements; and integration of different types of sets and fulfillment providers. Also have been created a separate website for b2b clients. 

They are working on maintenance tasks such as daily monitoring of the website work and fixing any issues, plugin updates, and so on. And we keep working on new improvements!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Feedback from users about our platform has only improved since we began collaborating. Also, sales have increased, which of course is largely a matter of advertising, but without a good website, it would be almost impossible to achieve. The design has been improved and the functionality for customers has been enhanced. There is still a lot of work ahead, but we are very pleased with the process.

It's hard to pinpoint anything specific because I look at the overall experience. But I like the way they implemented our vision and design in code. Sometimes new implementations have a negative impact on paused tools, where the problem is not detected until reactivation. But they always get it sorted out, and things only get better in the end.
