Complete design, development, and implementation of a tailor-made software solution, including analysis of our company’s requirements, system architecture design, development of individual modules, their integration, continuous and final testing, data migration, user training, and deployment into a live production environment.
The scope of work also included long-term technical support, maintenance, and further system development in line with the operational needs of our company.

The measurable outcomes of the project included successful system implementation and demonstrable improvements in operational efficiency, particularly a reduction in the time required to process individual business workflows. Rather than simply building a system based on instructions, they took the time to critically evaluate requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose well-considered improvements, ensuring the final solution delivered real value.

The scope of our project commenced with an in-depth consultation with Nextap, aimed at establishing our unique requirements and devising a customised solution. During this collaborative process, the scope was agreed to include UI designs and an iOS app. Nextap created the initial design concepts, followed by the development of our inaugural native iOS mobile application. 

Nextap's approach to this project has been characterised by a commitment to tailoring their services to precisely match our evolving needs. This commitment includes assembling a proficient and stable team capable of upholding stringent technological standards. As our collaboration progressed, it encompassed the development of a web application and the inception of an entirely new Android application, marking significant milestones in our ongoing partnership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Going live with our iOS and web applications, and continuously iterating over them with improvements. Both applications have received very positive reviews from end users.

We opted to work together in 1 agile team compromising of both internal Bippit employees and Nextap contractors. Nextap was completely bought into our product, and worked very closely with our product owner to reach all of our product goals and objectives.

Development velocity has been consistently high, measured by story points completed during sprints. It allowed us to introduce new features and react quickly to feedback at lightning speed, giving us a massive advantage over competitors.

Objectively, cannot think of any. It was a great partnership that helped us reach our goals.
