We were looking for assistance in our guest room renovation project.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred about the vendor and deciding factor was that they were available within short notice.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Project was to assist us in re-installing all guest room technology equipment and also replacing all guest room phones. Project was 8 month period and Nexplay was able to accommodate our schedule. There were often times we would need to re-prioritize the days due to construction delays.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1 resource on a weekly basis and their position was IT specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team was positive and came to work. No question asked and they knew their duties to complete the project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Once we have established for the workflow, the team was able to work on their own and complete their task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How accommodating they were to our schedule. They were flexible for last minute coverage.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their service was perfect. No added improvement.

They did a fantastic job from start to finish.

They were honest, transparent, set expectations clearly, and executed the plan perfectly without any business interruptions. They took care to make precautionary backups of all our emails and files, and they worked at hours that made sense for us.

We would happily recommend Nexplay to anyone.
