2. HL7 integration for clinical data interoperability, enabling the platform to exchange information with external healthcare systems. 
3. Home Healthcare and Hospice care coordination features, including EMR integration with Homecare Homebase. 
4. REST API and webhook infrastructure to support integrations with third-party systems and partners. 
5. Ongoing feature development and iteration as the platform's requirements evolved over the multi-year engagement.
