The team has also helped make the website more modern, user-friendly, and aligned with how we want Ciupi.md to be presented to customers.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from New Light Digital.

How did you come to work with New Light Digital?

We found New Light Digital through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, and offered good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000 to $49,999.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with New Light Digital in February 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has been a major step forward for Ciupi.md. New Light Digital has helped us move from an outdated online presence to a fresh, modern, and much more professional brand and website. The new identity has given Ciupi.md a clearer market position, stronger visual recognition, and a more trustworthy presentation for customers and partners. The website has become easier to understand, easier to navigate, and much better aligned with how people actually use our platform. Overall, the project has helped us present Ciupi.md as a stronger, more polished, and more competitive digital brand. We’ve tracked clear improvements after the launch of the new brand identity and website. In the first year after the project, website traffic has increased by approximately 460%, and sign-ups have grown by about 2.5x during the same period. Moreover, they deliver on time, and the final result matches the expectations we have at the beginning of the collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What impresses us most is the seriousness, honesty, and competence of New Light Digital. Before working with them, we had a very disappointing experience with another company that overpromised, failed to deliver, and left us feeling misled. Working with New Light Digital has been a completely different experience. It feels like a breath of fresh air to work with a team that’s organized, transparent, capable, and genuinely committed to delivering what they promise. They’ve restored our confidence in working with an outside agency and shown us what a professional digital partner should be like.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there’s nothing significant we can point to as something New Light Digital should do differently. After our previous negative experience with another provider, we were very careful and had high expectations for communication, transparency, and delivery. We hired New Light Digital to design and develop a full-featured insurance e-commerce platform for CarteVerde.md from the ground up. Key deliverables included:

• A modern, responsive website supporting the sale of Green Card, RCA, CASCO, medical, and property insurance
• Complex integrations with Moldova's state insurance systems for real-time policy issuance - Banking integrations enabling secure online payments

• Digital marketing consultation to support our in-house team

The collaboration has been ongoing, with New Light Digital continuing to manage our Google Ads account and advise on broader digital marketing strategy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the new website with New Light Digital, we have seen significant measurable improvements across all key metrics:

• Online insurance sales moved entirely to the new platform, with the full policy issuance process now completed in under 5 minutes from start to finish.
• Google Ads campaigns consistently deliver qualified traffic with a strong conversion rate, keeping cost per conversion within our target range.
• Organic and paid traffic increased by 68% within the first 3 months of launch

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

New Light Digital demonstrated solid project management throughout our collaboration. The team was organized, responsive, and proactive — and handled complex technical requirements like state insurance system integrations and banking payment flows without needing excessive involvement from our side. Communication was smooth and consistent throughout the project, with feedback addressed promptly and professionally When we requested adjustments, the team responded quickly and always kept the end user experience in mind The ongoing Google Ads management follows the same standard — regular reporting, clear performance explanations, and proactive optimization suggestions It genuinely feels like working with a team that is invested in our results, not just fulfilling a contract

What was your primary form of communication with New Light Digital?

• In-Person Meeting
• Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about New Light Digital was their ability to handle genuine technical complexity without making it our problem. Building an insurance platform that integrates with Moldova's state systems for real-time policy issuance is not a typical web project — and they delivered it confidently. They combine strong technical execution with a real understanding of business goals, which is rare in a single agency They don't just build what you ask for — they think about whether it will actually work for your customers The transition from website development to ongoing Google Ads management was seamless, meaning we didn't need to bring in a separate agency for marketing Daniel and his team communicate like partners, not vendors — honest, direct, and genuinely interested in your growth

Are there any areas for improvement or something New Light Digital could have done differently?

Honestly, there are no major complaints. If I had to mention anything, it would be that during the most intensive phases of development, response times occasionally slowed — but this was understandable given the complexity of the integrations involved and never caused serious delays. Overall, the experience has been very positive and we would not hesitate to recommend them or continue working with them.

New Light Digital has handled a comprehensive digital marketing project for us. The scope of work has included setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns, redesigning our website to improve user experience and boost conversion rates, and integrating a CRM system to track and manage leads more efficiently. As a result, we’ve seen a significant increase in phone calls, website inquiries, and even walk-in customers.

During the redesign, New Light Digital has implemented several key features to enhance functionality and user experience. They’ve connected our Instagram profile to the website, allowing our latest posts to automatically appear as project highlights with clickable links that direct visitors to our Instagram page. They’ve also improved the map and directions section, updated website content for better clarity and engagement, and refined our lead form to make it more user-friendly and effective in capturing inquiries.

What is the team composition?

I’m not sure how many team members have been involved overall, as we’ve worked directly with a dedicated project manager who has handled everything efficiently. They’ve coordinated all tasks internally and ensured that any issues or requests have been addressed promptly by the right team members.

Overall, these improvements have contributed to a higher conversion rate and better lead management, reflecting the success of the collaboration.

As a new company, we’ve previously relied mostly on recommendations and some social media ads. This project has marked our first time introducing Google Ads, and since then, we’ve experienced a clear increase in phone calls, website leads, and walk-in customers. New Light Digital is excellent at meeting deadlines. On occasions, they’ve needed to wait for us because they’re always ready to work and deliver everything on time. They’ve also been in constant communication with us throughout the project. We communicate via phone, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Communication is key, and New Light Digital has done an outstanding job in constantly communicating with us. I’ll keep working with them and recommend them to others because their communication lines are very good, and their design work is excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. So far, everything has been good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’m finding success with New Light Digital, and I know they’ll work as well for you.
