It took about 4 months work, we worked closely with New Light Digital on every step of the way, our feedback has always been taken into account. The result speaks for itself, I proudly believe that this website is probably one of the best one in the legal market (and I`ve checked some hundreds of websites in various countries and continents).

After launching the website, it instantly delivered: phonecalls, e-mails from potential new clients, as well as resumes from lawyers wanting to join our team. Roughly I would say that our website traffic has gone up 50% in the first 5 months after the launch.

For features, we want people to use the website to investigate our company, book our services, or get estimates. 

Moreover, the team has put keywords on our web pages to optimize the website. For PPC, we run ad campaigns on Google. New Light Digital creates the ads by looking into our target keywords and working with me on the budget.

Daniel has done a great job, and we’re happy with our new sites because they’ve worked very well for us. They’re very easy to use for booking, so we’ve also seen an increase in traffic and other metrics.

New Light Digital is excellent at meeting deadlines. On occasions, they’ve needed to wait for us because they’re always ready to work and deliver everything on time. They’ve also been in constant communication with us throughout the project. We communicate via phone, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

Communication is key, and New Light Digital has done an outstanding job in constantly communicating with us. I’ll keep working with them and recommend them to others because their communication lines are very good, and their design work is excellent.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was a phenomenal new website that I am certain we could not have received from another agency. The level of expertise we got is unmatched for Moldova, as well as Eastern Europe, I am certain!

New Light Digital is basically an American agency, and you can tell from their work ethics. We do not regret choosing them either.

Our website is ranking on number one for most of our target keywords with minimal effort thanks to Daniel’s guidance. He also provided extensive SEO and content support for us over the last two years.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been excellent. We worked with Daniel the entire time, which was a welcome development, since we’ve had previous bad experience with rookie account managers at other agencies. This was a breath of fresh air.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge they had about web design, SEO, content and digital marketing in general. Daniel and his team were more than easy to work with, and they explained everything at each step of the project. Also the responsiveness and customer service have been flawless.

Nothing i can think of. They are true professionals and you will not regret hiring them!
