I’m the owner of Mastery Cabinetry, a manufacturing company. We design, manufacture, and install custom cabinetry such as kitchens, closets, vanities, and TV units.

What challenge were you trying to address with New Light Digital?

We needed help with running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. We also wanted to improve our website design with a focus on conversion rate optimization and integrate a CRM system to streamline lead management and customer communication.

What was the scope of their involvement?

New Light Digital has handled a comprehensive digital marketing project for us. The scope of work has included setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns, redesigning our website to improve user experience and boost conversion rates, and integrating a CRM system to track and manage leads more efficiently. As a result, we’ve seen a significant increase in phone calls, website inquiries, and even walk-in customers. 

During the redesign, New Light Digital has implemented several key features to enhance functionality and user experience. They’ve connected our Instagram profile to the website, allowing our latest posts to automatically appear as project highlights with clickable links that direct visitors to our Instagram page. They’ve also improved the map and directions section, updated website content for better clarity and engagement, and refined our lead form to make it more user-friendly and effective in capturing inquiries.

I’m not sure how many team members have been involved overall, as we’ve worked directly with a dedicated project manager who has handled everything efficiently. They’ve coordinated all tasks internally and ensured that any issues or requests have been addressed promptly by the right team members.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project with New Light Digital started in October 2024 and is still ongoing. We’ve been very satisfied with the progress so far and are now planning to integrate SEO services as the next phase of our collaboration.

The project has resulted in a noticeable increase in key metrics such as the number of phone calls, website leads, and walk-in customers. We’ve also seen improved engagement through our website’s integration with Instagram, which has helped showcase our projects more effectively. Overall, these improvements have contributed to a higher conversion rate and better lead management, reflecting the success of the collaboration. 

As a new company, we’ve previously relied mostly on recommendations and some social media ads. This project has marked our first time introducing Google Ads, and since then, we’ve experienced a clear increase in phone calls, website leads, and walk-in customers. While we don’t have exact percentages yet, the overall growth and improved lead flow have been very encouraging and demonstrate the effectiveness of the new marketing efforts.

The BOX makes delicious and affordable pizza and other dishes for delivery throughout Chisinau, Moldova. I am the founder and owner of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire New Light Digital?

We needed to upgrade our online presence because our old website was dated and it did not deliver the same results as it did in the past. We needed a content marketing agency that we could trust to deliver the highest quality web design, but also help us promote our products via content marketing and SEO.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since we do not have a marketing department in house, we hired New Light Digital to take our online presence to the next level. We were recommended this team by a friend of mine. The deciding factors were their level of competence, their previous experience in our field, and the positive interaction we've had with the owner of the company.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We've been working with New Light Digital since 2020, so there have been a lot of interactions with them so far. But in general, the stages of our collaboration have been as follows: (1) discovery phase; (2) strategy creation; (3) strategy execution. We've been very involved at every step of this process, and have always been able to ask questions, and intervene where changes were needed.

At the moment we touch base at least once per month, when we review the monthly reports and discuss priorities for the following month. They created our editorial calendar for the content for several years in advance, as well as the SEO strategy that has already shown significant results for our company. We're pleased with the collaboration with them.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We've mostly interacted with Daniel, the owner of the company. But we've also had meetings and calls with some of the members of their team. We're aware there is a group of professionals working on our account from their end on a monthly basis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new content and SEO strategy has increased our organic traffic by 120%, and our clients find the articles we publish to be informative and valuable. We constantly get compliments on the design and functionality of our website, and we're always recommending their work to friends and partners. An important note here is that they are extremely responsive with our maintenance requests. Things get fixed fast, and never take more than a few hours. This is a major difference with previous vendors that we worked with. Our revenue from organic search has increased by at least 60% YOY every year, since our collaboration started.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow is flawless. We send out an email any time there is a maintenance request and it gets addressed almost immediately. On the content marketing side, we approve the articles and advertorials before they get published each month. It has been an extremely smooth workflow. Their communication with us has been outstanding.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love that we never feel lost while working with New Light Digital. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and swiftly. The results speak for themselves, and we could not be happier.

The New Light Digital team was selected to create and execute the SEO strategy, both on-page and off-page. Their team was composed of three people: Daniel on the strategy side of things, and two other SEO specialists to execute the on-page and off-page activities.

We've been working together for under a year, and the cost has been roughly $30k.

New Light Digital had the scope to improve our rankings. The project steps were as follows:

We only interacted with Daniel, but I am aware he has an SEO team working on our project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Even though there have been some technical difficulties with our web development team, Daniel and his team have been able to execute their side of the agreement in a very professional and proactive manner.

We're seeing more than 50% increase in organic search traffic and conversions.

The project management has been excellent, and they always responded to all of our questions in a timely and helpful way.

Their reports are very descriptive, and you are not left wondering what has been done by the team in the allocated hours each month. Their English skills are excellent.
