Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a founder & CEO of a relocation agency assisting both companies and people to make their dreams of living in Tenerife, Canary Islands come true.

For what projects/services did your company hire NEVIVE?

I reached out to NEVIVE to get help with the whole branding of my relocation agency - logo, web, content materials.

What were your goals for this project?

To get better & more professional online presence, more leads and traffic, better conversions, by having well designed and delivered branding.

How did you select NEVIVE?

NEVIVE came recommended by one of my business partner. We scheduled an initial talk and it gave me full confidence that NEVIVE was fit for the job.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After the initial talk, there was an in-depth questionnaire that helped me to define better & focus on what I wanted from the collaboration. Then in a series of proposal and drafts we came up with the final logo/branding and NEVIVE delivered it exceptionally well.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Gizane and I couldn't ask for better support to get through that process!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Very good feedback from our customers, with some of them even enquiring about the designers behind it. Smooth and user friendly website that was my main 'office front' delivering goods rates of engagement and conversion.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. At the end of each meeting there was a clear next step with dates, NEVIVE assisted throughout the whole process. Clear and effective communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The level of engagement in my project with open communication about what I wanted/hoped for and their experience helped to keep things on the way and advance.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For the scale and needs of my project, I didn't find any issues. Always on time, with clear objectives and great designs.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the manager at Telemark Ultra, a sporting event organizer. We organize bicycle races, cross country races, and some backpacking races.

What challenge were you trying to address with NEVIVE?

We needed help with graphic identification design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main thing we needed was the graphic identification of one of the races. We decided we’d have them build the web page as well. Later, it increased to outsourcing social media profiles. In the future, NEVIVE is going to be responsible for our social media. We’ll also have them do business cards and the visual aspects of our company.

What is the team composition?

There’s only one person I’m in contact with.

How did you come to work with NEVIVE?

They were recommended to me as a partner that could do the work well. I checked their mission and work and it convinced me to call them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about €2,000 (approximately $2,400 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everyone is satisfied with their work. The web page is completely fresh in comparison to our competitors. All the reviews from customers and from the other partner I have been very positive. The whole engagement has gone really smoothly.

In the beginning, I thought I knew what my expectations were and that I’d guide NEVIVE from my ideas. Suddenly, the cooperation was so good that we combined my knowledge with their knowledge. It was really amazing. They have good ideas. Their team feels the customer and understands our needs. They’re a true partner. We have another race that we plan to use them for as well.

NEVIVE helped us target everyone in our audience. Formerly, we were building the race mostly for men. Thanks to them, we realized that women are also participants of the race. We decided to build a page that appeals to women too. We made the graphic identification much more gender-neutral.

How did NEVIVE perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email, Zoom, Teams, and so on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I am amazed by their work. I thought I knew everything about that part of the business. NEVIVE asked me for some brief information about my company, goals, and targets. Over time, they’ve really opened my mind up to other things. At the same time, the project has gone in the direction I wanted it to.

This project has satisfied me. NEVIVE helped convince me that all the things I have in my head can be used in a graphic identification and the visual part of my company. I was blown away by how they could help me understand my needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m really satisfied. NEVIVE knows what they’re doing. They’re professionals.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a chance. Be open to their ideas.

We are a small agency that creates and find marketing solutions for medium sized companies focused in the hospitality sector but also other companies.

NEVIVE made all our corporate design, from the logo and colours to the website. NEVIVE also consulted us in the meantime about our corporate image, target and new ideas to look the fresh company we are.

What were your goals for this project?

Get a professional image to get more leads by having a corporate image that matches our standards and represent our quality level.

How did you select NEVIVE?

We took a look on NEVIVE part jobs and really liked the style. We got from her some drafts and ideas that made us to stick to NEVIVE until now.

Describe the project in detail.

NEVIVE made a full design for our image and then she applied to our new website. The project started as something small but as we saw with the consulting we had bigger needs we hired NEVIVE for more aspects until our whole design was new. New we have a super fresh new website and image everywhere (offers, invoices, business cards, email signature, etc.)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website can tell everything about the project. Now we algo get leads from our website and we don't have to fell ashamed of a bad design when we also sell websites (not design but solutions).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were able to commit the project in the agreed times even though it for bigger, so the workflow really worked. It was smooth and we could ask NEVIVE for some face to face and online feedbacks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Effective and straight to the solutions we needed. Also mind opening of what we really needed, we didn't really saw the lack we had on our own site and image. She helped us to easily see it and quickly solve it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are happy on the over all result. We can't imagine now any areas for improvements.
