Due to this project, we were able to expand our presence into Digital World in 8 different languages. Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the website in all UN languages and gave this project a worldwide recognition of success.

Before the start of the project and while signing the contract, we were informed about the process and gave us a tool to track all the work done on daily basis. They are very transparent with their clients and gave us the best solution whenever we had doubts or questions.

They were available 24/7 and always answered our calls. They even worked at nights if there was anything urgent to be done. Overall, they provide the best service to their clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a team of experts who work hard to achieve client’s goals. Customer satisfaction is what they believe in. They are very process oriented and keeps everything very well documented.

They always ask client for approvals before starting with development and always gave us honest solutions.

They went extra miles to provide me the best solution as well as Rahim the CEO of the company has suggested the best server configuration and provided guidelines that how important part It plays in performance of website.

Due to this project we were able to expand our presence into Digital World. The project enabled us to reach wide range of clientele and made it easy to manage and contact every inquiry smoothly. I requested Mr. Rahim to help me in making our vision a fruitful vision and a success which they are doing it beautifully.

Before the start of the project and while signing the contract we were informed about the approach and scrum meeting. Mr. Rahim was present in every meeting and demo and made sure all of my doubts were answered and if any changes were requested they were done before the next meet. we were fortunate enough to receive such a dedicated team.

Cost would be the major issue with a company but not with them, they were quite clear about their cost and its derivation. They made all the points clear in the agreement what was included in the project. During our project cycle it never felt they were after money. Their dedication towards our project and going an extra mile to make sure end result was an edge above the competitors. Their availability and management to tackle any issue was praiseworthy. They always heard us and provided their honest and clear opinion.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Till date I haven’t come across any such area and we are still planning to go a long mile ahead.

It’s very difficult to find a qualified teacher for skills like swimming, dancing, etc. I had the idea to develop a mobile app for booking classes. I was looking for a team to support the development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a mobile app for both the instructor and the student. For any type of class, the teacher creates a profile with their name, mobile number, email address, and a little bit about themself, their skills, and rate per class. They can upload their ID card and certificates for the admin. From the instructor’s side, the user will be able to create the classes on-demand or on-premises. They can also manage bookings and their schedule. There’s also a direct messaging function. 

The student can search for any teacher or coach by location, age group, and rate. Every page on the app can be filtered.

I gave them my ideas and they completed the development. I didn’t have to explain a lot of what I wanted. They just gave us a few options. They get approval before doing anything.

My main point of contact is Hardik (Business Development Manager). I interacted with the CEO and a developer as well. There were seven people.

I put a request and a brief on a website for app developers. Hardik dropped me a message asking to schedule a call. His approach got my attention. He took ideas from me, scheduled a development timeline, and told me what needed to be done. He showed me that they’re serious, committed, and wanted the project. They felt like the right team.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2019, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a good experience with them. We have only 10-15 instructors on the app right now, but we are assigning a team of marketers to go around the area and present it to as many instructors as they can before we start the marketing. The feedback from the users so far has been positive. They all say it’s smooth, quick, and easy to navigate.

How did Nevina Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is very professional. They follow-up on a daily basis and give frequent updates. They’re very committed.

We used to have a Skype meeting every three days. Everyone on the team was there. They’re still available 24/7 for support. Where other companies might say something is out of the scope, this team gives time to each new request. They feel like they are part of my company. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Communication is great. They are quick and efficient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they know what they’re doing. It was a new experience for me having to go through the whole process of developing an app. I have started so many apps before and I haven’t finished any of them. When we were trying to figure out how to put the schedule together for the booking on the app, Nevina Infotech gave 2–3 options, studied all the scenarios, and suggested what was best.

You should try them. They are great at their job. Share with them your ideas and the functionality that you want.

The completion of this project will take my retail shop online and bring digital presence. Mr Rakeen and its team is managing the project professionally and within the given timeframe as i needed this on urgent basis.

From the start of the project i was given a projection plan with timeframe and till this date all the commitments are met by the team. They arranged regular scrum meeting where Rakeen answered all my questions and i am very much satisfied with the service.

The team was not at all honest; they promised a world-class app but delivered a pathetic one.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome of the project is that Nevina Infotech is a scamming company, they take project on fixed costing and if a client does not have technical knowledge they, they make false commitment and statements that they never fulfill, i was promised a app better than Uber and when i was given the app for demo it was not even close.

They took third and final milestone payment from me and then, they put me in a hostile position by demanding more money or threatened me that they wont deliver the app. Even after paying these Scammers more money they did not fix bugs that were in the application. I had to hire other company to fix all bugs and redo the application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

it was not at all effective at all there team never asked me or my team about any off functionality in the app, they made it they way they wanted it when we asked about the process and approvals then they simply denied to give any information and when we asked them to make corrections to their work which was not approved by me or my team.

they simply refused and called it change request and demanded more money, whatever my team was discussing with them it was not happening, when i or my team tried to talk to them and explain them that we need step by step process of update and implementation of functionality they always replied back with rude attitude.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Rahim called me and promised a lot of big stuff like he will make a world class app and deliver it on time as i asked it to be, but it never happened.

Are there any areas for improvement?

yes they need to stop scamming clients, and be honest about their timelines and if a project is a fixed price cost then stick to it, if their team makes a mistake then they need to value clients time and money not theirs

The vendor responded on June 23, 2020.

One of my clients Pushkar has put a negative review by scamming and threatening us to do work free of cost and was not paying us the money for our service. We have all agreements and documents signed with us regarding this, including a UAT in which he has accepted and given permission to go live. That work is completed.

After taking all credentials, he is now threatening to leave negative reviews about us if we do not do free work for him. 

He's threatened us all the time. Many people from his end have kept calling, and he's even sent people to our office to threaten us. He thought that he could use us and make us do changes for free, which is wrong and in no way how an IT company works.

Since then, we've decided not to work with him further, but, as per the agreement, we still provided him three months of support despite our treatment. Even still, we're are getting threats from him to date, when he hasn't paid the final due.

He still owes us the money for the changes we made. We have videos that show that the entire application is working smoothly. However, he wanted all new features to be implemented while not paying us money. He reasoned that it didn't work. We were so confident about the app that we took an entire video of the application, which is working without any issues.

We are ready to provide all proofs with all signed agreements.
