I am the CEO of the Prague Fertility Centre.

For what reason(s) did your company hire NETVOR?

We hired them because of their reasonable pricing, great knowledge of web technologies, and product development.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was standardization of embryo scoring among the embryologist community by using time-lapse technology. The impact would be that my embryologists would attain a higher skill level.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I used a competitive tender with the following deciding factors: reasonable price and proven knowledge by developing a prototype of a critical part of this project.

Describe the project in detail.

The technical requirements entailed fast download of time-lapse images (several GB of images) and integration with Artificial Intelligence solution developed by IBM. I was in charge of defining the business requirements and giving feedback to outcomes. I provided my embryologists to take part in user testing. NETVOR's responsibility was the MVP development, project management, and later taking over system integration of the whole Embryo Score and Compare ecosystem including coordination of several vendors.

What was the team composition?

I met with a project manager and NETVOR's CTO, Filip Mika. Sometimes I am in touch with their UX designer to give feedback to product feature prototypes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The projects are still in development, but shortly after releasing MVP we received feedback and the new version is coming soon. We also have a concept of the business model together with NETVOR.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet almost every week. They show me the progress of the project, and I give them feedback, and sometimes, we change requirements and priorities.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

NETVOR follows project deadlines and agreements. They understand my needs. This is important because embryology is difficult to understand. They are also very flexible.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Work could be a bit faster. But, there are other vendors whose outputs they are dependent on, so sometimes it is justifiable.

We hired NETVOR to completely redesign and rebuild our project FDb.cz.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NETVOR has been responsible for a full-scale rebuild of our project FDb.cz. The scope includes designing a modern and responsive frontend, developing a new backend architecture, migrating and optimizing the database, and setting up the entire infrastructure. They’ve also integrated essential features for content management, SEO, and advertising. In addition to the launch, they continue to provide technical support, improvements, and ongoing development.

What is the team composition?

We have about ten teammates from NETVOR assigned to the project.

We found NETVOR through an online search. We chose them because of their reliability, the quality of their work, and our previous positive collaboration. We knew they could deliver exactly what we needed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2024, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new version of FDb.cz has brought significant improvements in performance, user experience, and SEO. We’ve seen increased traffic, better engagement, and a more efficient internal workflow thanks to the redesigned platform. It’s still too early to provide specific metrics, as we’re currently in the initial post-launch phase. However, early feedback has been very positive.

Users have praised the new platform for its modern design, improved speed, and overall usability. We’ve received positive feedback on both the visual experience and the smoother navigation.

How did NETVOR perform from a project management standpoint?

NETVOR’s project management has been exemplary. Communication has been clear and consistent, with great attention to meeting deadlines and staying within budget. They’ve shown an exceptional level of interest in the project and provided many valuable suggestions throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

NETVOR’s ability to truly become part of the project and take ownership of it has been impressive. It isn’t just about completing tasks — they approach the work as if it were their own.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The primary objective was to create an online adaptation of an original detective story board game, incorporating new game mechanics that enable players to utilize existing online resources offered by government and nonprofit entities. The biggest challenge was to successfully transition the principles of the board game to a web-based version while maintaining its interactive and entertaining aspects, given that the game is intended as a learning tool for students and young people. 
Additionally, a landing page was needed where prospective players could learn more about the game, and school teachers could generate access for their students. A unique distribution mechanism also needed to be developed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Student feedback: Students found the game both educational and enjoyable. They reported a better understanding of the online resources used in the game.
• Teacher feedback: Teachers approved of the game and expressed interest in using it as a teaching tool in their lessons.

The project management was great. They consistently delivered items on time, meeting all agreed-upon deadlines without fail. We needed to speed up our mobile apps development because the functionality and reliability was far behind current needs.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to update some of our older apps (PMS and Housekeeping) and build one new (for hotel guests) on foundations laid out by another supplier.

Netvor outsourced a team of 3 devs, a designer and a project manager for us. Later on we could flexibly reduce the team when some members were not needed.

The project was finished with some delay due to underestimation of third party connectivity (Assa-Abloy).
