What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any measurable metrics at the moment as we haven’t made any changes to the website due to their country's ongoing conflict. Starting June, we’ll start implementing changes to the platform, such as meta tags.

We communicate with the team openly through Telegram, Skype, Zoom, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with how they’re able to take ownership of the project and how they provide me with a diverse range of services, from developers to copywriters.

Netrocket provided Facebook, Google, and Instagram advertising services to help us bring in clients right away. We were supposed to get leads offline prior to this partnership, but we never got to do it, so they helped us consult with people and make sales quickly. 

We slowed down a bit during the pandemic, but we continued with the advertising. Digital marketing and advertising is a short-term solution, so they offered to do SEO for us as a long-term strategy.

I have worked with a project manager, a social media advertising specialist, and a Google specialist. They brought another person on board when we decided to start with SEO, but I haven’t met them yet.

How did you come to work with Netrocket?

I met their team at a big marketing conference in Odessa. They were one of the speakers at the event, and they talked about interesting advertising and search engine marketing ideas. I checked out their website, some of their use cases, and a couple of their videos on YouTube, and I decided to give them a chance.

We spend up to $5,000 per month and $25,000–$35,000 per year. All in all, we’ve spent around $50,000 on their services.

About 90% of our current sales are a result of Netrocket’s digital marketing efforts. They’re a very results-oriented team, and they understand how important it is for our business to generate revenue.

How did Netrocket perform from a project management standpoint? 

Project management is an area in which I am learning from them. They’ve given me access to their project management tool where they manage all tasks and deadlines. We also exchange quick messages — I personally use WhatsApp, Telegram, messages, and calls — and when I have several questions, we discuss them over email, calls, or meetings.

What I like about Netrocket is they really pay attention to our market and competitors, test several ways to get results, and think outside of the box. Really, if I wasn’t happy with the communication or project management, I would have switched to a different agency.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do more than what I ask them to do, and they try to introduce their own ideas as well. I also like that they have a team that works not just in the US market but also in the European market. It’s proving helpful since we’re currently doing advertising all around Ukraine. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can do better. If there are any misunderstandings, we’re always able to clear them up via call. When it comes to their own marketing, they could maybe create more video content as it would be very good for their customers. We could also meet at conferences more frequently, but that’s just my wish.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be sure to have a video call with them at the beginning of your project. Especially if your business is complex, like B2B, having weekly meetings for the first 1–2 months will enable you to establish a good connection with their team. Be open to their ideas and discuss what concrete metrics you want to target.

They’re very responsive, and their project management is great. The team is always in touch, and they’re very friendly, helping us even when it’s not their job. For us, it’s been very convenient to have one main point of contact to direct all our questions. We communicate via email, calls, and Skype chat, which we use for urgent matters.

Netrocket’s communication is the best part of working with them. Close contact with the team is very important to me; they really care about our project and its results.

We saw results in our traffic and an increase in our clients. The Netrocket team explained that SEO isn’t as fast as advertising, and we started to see results after 3–4 months. We recovered our investment plus more revenue.

At first, we communicated via phone calls. Then, we had a Zoom call 1–2 times a week, and the rest of the time, we used Telegram. We kept track of tasks via our Telegram group, where I also made requests, and the team presented reports to us once a month.

I was impressed by Netrocket’s expertise. During our partnership, they always tried to grow their knowledge. They also had good communication skills; I could ask questions and know I’d get answers quickly.

I would only propose that they continue to grow their expertise level to provide an even better service.

Our site is a guide to airports. The site contains the most current information about all the largest airports in the world, major international airports, from which regular and charter flights are performed. I am a Forward Deployed Engineer and also in charge of SEO.

Netrocket manages everything in the account, including ad creation, testing, experimentation, etc. They also provide on-page SEO for our website and do daily, weekly and monthly updates. The goal is to help get more attention, increase sales, and boost keyword rankings on the front page.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our ROI has improved significantly since joining Netrocket for both SEO and contextual advertising. Since joining in 2019, our organic traffic has increased by about 75% and our organic revenue has increased by almost 60% compared to the previous period.

The Netrocket team is very comfortable to work with. They always meet deadlines. We mainly communicate by mail, and we have calls once a month.

I’m the sales manager for a cable company, and we sell our products in the territory of Ukraine.

What challenge were you trying to address with Netrocket?

We wanted to expand our website since we only had 1–2 landing pages. That’s when we looked for someone to design our website and make it more SEO-friendly. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Netrocket designed and developed our website from scratch. We wanted it to be on WordPress, but found that it wasn’t optimal for speed so instead, our developers recommended using OpenCart — an e-commerce site. This platform enables visitors to purchase our products directly from our site. Apart from the development of our website, they also provided researched appropriate keywords and our competitors, while we took care of proofreading.

Moreover, they provide us with link building and other technical tasks to make the website more SEO-friendly. They made the SEO structure for our website with categories, sub-categories, and product pages there must be, and how it was going to be displayed on the website.

They currently prepare our content plans while working on the final version of the website. However, this version is not open for indexing at the moment, because we’re in process of writing new content together for the website — they’re preparing the text according to the SEO requirements. Once that’s done, we’re planning to ask them to make Google Ads for us, and maybe manage our Facebook marketing as well.

The most helpful thing they did is implement a structure for all our products on the website — it became easy for us to understand, so we’re very satisfied with their work. We’re currently waiting to launch our website.

Sometimes, we’re not sure how our potential clients are navigating the site for our cable products, but Netrocket helped a lot in making the site more user-friendly — we’re happy with the cooperation.

How did Netrocket perform from a project management standpoint?

We work closely together, and there’s a lot of communication between us. The deadlines are met and all tasks that are approved at the beginning of the month, are accomplished at the end of the month. Moreover, we’re always in touch so we’re able to discuss any question openly — they always explain what they’re doing and the results we could expect. 

We use Google Sheets with tables of deadlines and tasks, so that we’re always on the same page for understanding the process. In addition to that, we communicate via a messaging app and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What we like the most is their professional approach to the project. They always make recommendations even if it isn’t connected to SEO.

Are there any areas they could improve?

While their prices are good, it’d be better if their services were cheaper. Other than that, there’s nothing I’d have them improve at this point.

It’s important to see a company’s past projects before collaborating with them. Netrocket shared previous projects and clients with us, which made it very easy for us to make decisions. In my opinion, they’re worth working with.

After a lot of initial work, it seemed like it’s going slowly (but of course, this is the nature of SEO) - now we see great results - keywords are moving up in the SERP and as a direct result there are additional leads. We work together and constantly try different things to find the best way to improve our results.
