Netpeak Bulgaria conducted comprehensive SEO audits of BNR’s five key digital platforms: bnrnews.bg, bnr.bg, binar.bg, detskotobnr.bg, and archives.bnr.bg. The project included technical and on-page SEO analysis, identification of issues affecting search visibility and performance, and detailed recommendations for optimization. Their team worked closely with BNR’s Digital Programs Directorate and our developers to prioritize and implement the recommendations. The scope also included ongoing SEO consulting, monitoring, and guidance aimed at improving the platforms’ organic visibility, technical performance, and overall presence in Google Search.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has delivered measurable improvements across BNR’s digital platforms. Following the SEO audits and the implementation of key recommendations, we have seen growth in organic search visibility and website performance, reflected in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other analytics and SEO monitoring platforms. The collaboration has also strengthened the technical SEO foundation of our websites and established a more structured approach to continuously improving their performance and visibility in Google Search.

Netpeak Bulgaria managed the project professionally and efficiently. The team consistently met agreed deadlines, communicated clearly, and responded quickly to our questions and requests. They were flexible when priorities changed and worked closely with both our Digital Programs team and developers to address technical issues and support the implementation of their recommendations. Overall, the collaboration has been smooth, proactive, and well organized.

What impressed us most was the combination of strong SEO expertise and a highly practical approach. Netpeak Bulgaria did not simply identify issues — they provided clear, actionable recommendations and worked closely with our developers to help turn them into real improvements. Their ability to understand the specific needs of a large public media organization and its complex digital ecosystem has been particularly valuable.

At this stage, we have not identified any significant areas for improvement. The collaboration has met our expectations, and the team has been responsive, professional, and flexible throughout the project.

I'm the head of an online book retailer. Our main activities are book publishing, online and offline wholesale and retail trade and legal information software.

We contacted Netpeak initially for SEO optimization of our site and later we expanded with remarketing, retargeting and online advertising. Our goals were to improve the site's ranking and increase sales.

As a result of our joint hard work, we have achieved very good positions in searching for our products, increasing knowledge of our brand, attracting new customers and overall growth in total turnover.

On the Netpeak side, we started with a few people on their side - a project manager and a few juniors. After we started using more of their services, additional people joined. So in the end, maybe about 6-7 people on their side are engaged with us.

As a result of our joint work, our positions in search engines and our turnover have increased many times.

In addition, they make us feel special with various small personal gestures and pay special attention to us.

Оur work with the company is constantly evolving and improving. We can't ask for more.
