This was a last-minute project for us, so we were working with a very tight deadline. Our client chose to work with us because they were familiar with our high-quality performance, so we really needed Netling to deliver on their part. They helped us complete the project on schedule, which strengthened our market reputation.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They’ve been in business for a very long time, so they know what information we need and when we need it. They use smart project management tools, which set the foundation for smooth and autonomous workflows. We also schedule short Skype calls for further discussions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are both experienced and open-minded. They’re open with their opinions, regularly offering better solutions to improve the original vision. They don’t just blindly agree to requirements, but they push us to better our products.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Netlings?

I originally engaged Netlings services at a previous employment and have been working with them for the last five years. My original requirement was for a basic Photoshop to HTML service – taking a concept from visual form to a fully coded website. Netlings have since provided a range of services from basic HTML email newsletter to large scale e-commerce websites.

What were your company's business goals for the project?

Our goal was to ensure that the development aspect of the project matched the pixel perfection of the designs. All code provided by Netlings needed to conform to world-class standards, provide the very best in performance and ensure that the site looked just as good in code as it did in visual form.

How did you come to work with Netlings?

When we first engaged Netlings, we carried out a thorough review of other service providers – both locally and internationally. We also reviewed the possibility of bringing the expertise in-house, but the price and standard of Netlings services allowed us to provide an extremely good service to our clients and cost-efficiency to our business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We have been working with Netlings for the last 18 months.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

Netlings have been a vital component in the success of our web development department. Their coding services have allowed us to focus on what we do best – the visual design and strategy of websites. We have confidence that code delivered by Netlings matches our high standards and will ultimately deliver a stunning site for our clients. Netlings pricing allows us to quote our clients competitively, and they generally deliver on time and within budget.

How did Netlings perform?

Generally, we are very happy with the performance of Netlings. Sometimes, there have been delays in completion of projects for various reasons and occasionally these delays have not been communicated to us, leading to awkward scenarios with clients. However, these occurrences are generally outweighed by the standard of work and the extra mile Netlings go above what's required.

What distinguishes Netlings from other providers?

I find communicating with Netlings very easy, and they generally interpret the specifications of a project first time without having to explain something continually. The Netlings development are proactive and offer alternative ideas on projects rather than just doing what they are told – this is important to us to ensure that we are tackling projects with up to date technologies and strategies.

In hindsight, are there areas in which they could improve or things you might do differently?

Again, commenting generally and not just on one project, Netlings could improve on communicating delays to projects so we can ensure that our clients' expectations are met.

Please give me a brief description of your company.

We are an online and offline marketing agency located in the Netherlands and Germany. We build websites, campaigns, and use different strategies for our clients to sell their products or services.

Restyles started in 2009 in Germany and in 2014 in the Netherlands.

What is your role at the company?

I'm the Chief Executive Offiver of Restyles Germany and Restyles Netherlands.

We have our own developer team, but when we have too much work, we send over some projects to Netlings.

With the help of Netlings, we can handle more projects at a time and don’t need to hire more developers in-house.

Can you tell me about the scope of the project?

We did around 30 projects with Netlings. Every project is different. Most of them are responsive slicing projects or WordPress projects. We also do our responsive newsletters with the help of Netlings.

What was your process for selecting Netlings to work with?

We found them on Google and had a short chat with their founder, Dipesh, on Skype. Then we started our first project.

Can you give us a sense of the size of the project in dollar terms, a price range would be fine as well?

The range for a project is around $400 to $1,600.

What were the results of the project, and are there any metrics you can share? What have they helped you achieve as a company?

The results were good, and whenever we have some feedback, Netlings acts quickly on it.

How did Netlings perform?

They performed really well throughout the project, and you can tell they love their work.

When working with them, was there anything unique or special about them compared to other companies that you may have worked with?

The quality of the code is better than many other PSD to HTML providers I've seen.  

Looking back on the project, is there any area that they could improve or you would do differently?

It would be nice if we got price quotes quicker, and if their chat response time was faster.
