We co-founded Curjos in 2020 right before the beginning of the pandemic. Curjos is a digital platform for leadership and personal development. Our mission is to turn places to work into places to grow – both as a leader and as a person.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netinteractive, and what were your goals?

Looking for a technical partner and advice, we first discussed what it would take to realize our initial vision: to create a premium video platform that would meet the highest corporate standards and deliver an engaging, emotional experience.

We needed a team that would cover for all the technical issues and that would support us in the further process of refining the concept.

SOLUTION

How did you select Netinteractive and what were the deciding factors?

We approached Jan, the CEO, via LinkedIn by recommendation from our personal network. From all the potential partners we contacted, he was the fastest to respond, delivered far more helpful information than we had asked for, and, most importantly, seemed to be a really nice and trustworthy person.

We could feel the honest commitment and that he shared our enthusiasm for the project. But for us, the decisive factor was that Jan and his team were a great personal fit.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Our overall goal was to create a place that genuinely inspires people and supports them in implementing lasting behavioral change. Technically, we quickly realized that this would need a highly flexible architecture. For instance, a key challenge was to add a recommendation engine which would suggest personalized development paths to our clients.

Those development paths should be based on the areas in which the client wants to grow. Also, we wanted to give our clients access to live video sessions to facilitate group interventions. Finally, we also put emphasis on a flexible survey engine to collect feedback and provide opportunities to reflect one’s own progress along the journey.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The first version of Curjos is up and running with the first clients having onboarded their users. But please take your own look and join us on www.curjos.com !

The cooperation went smoothly. NetInteractive visited us in Munich for a first scoping and concept workshop (before covid-19). Then we started working in the fixed price model.

The cooperation continues to this day. We regularly have remote workshops on the functionality - refinements workshops and weekly meetings which takes about 1 hour.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We highly appreciate the whole team's involvement in the project and their business outlook. We discovered this project together and NetInteractive keeps helping us in structuring our thoughts and searching for creative technological solutions.

We were satisfied with open and direct communication. We know the entire team and exchange opinions. What proved helpful throughout the launch phase was their quick reaction time and flexibility. At some point, when you start a new business, you run into problems that need quick fixing. We feel that we could and can always rely on Jan’s team to help us out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are very happy with the cooperation. At the moment, we are working on realizing the next and more sophisticated versions of Curjos. Jan’s team keeps pushing us reliably to improve our product!

I’m a CTO of the Blinkee We launched the first network of electric mopeds in Poland. After our second season we had over 1000 vehicles and operated in 5 European countries. Blinkeee offers ecological transport through a crowded city. People don’t need to stick in traffic jams, instead they can take care of the environment by renting an electric moped, bicycle or electric scooter.

We hired NetInteractive for development of our mobile app in React Native where you can rent a vehicle for minutes. NetInteractive also worked on our Service Application supporting the work of our service technicians. App was made in Flutter.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to add new functionalities and services for our clients. Very important for us was also improvement of the performance of our apps and increasing the speed of the application.

Through Netinteractive's sales activities. We had several meetings and finally decided to start our cooperation.

Describe the project in detail.

Netinteractive team was developing our apps, so they need to face a few challenges. We wanted to give our clients an easier way to login to the app. The application has also been expanded with several new functionalities such as ride-sharing modules or new payments methods. The code also needed to be improved. Very crucial factor of the project was an expansion to foreign markets.

What was the team composition?

For this project we hired 2 developers to work in our mobile department. We started with one, and after some time we hired a second one to support our project

NetInteractive was looking for a suitable developer for us, who would perfectly match our company and team. After a few attempts to find the right developer, they managed to find a person who perfectly suited our needs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with the team's expertise. Very good communication and problem solving attitude are definitely in plus. The dynamics and flexibility of cooperation are also important, they were able to adapt to our processes and company's needs.

We had a problem with the management of several properties in NYC and the rotation of tenants.

How did you select Netinteractive and what were the deciding factors?

We found them online and after a few phone calls and getting an offer we decided to choose Netinteractive. They were cheaper than western countries but still seemed to deliver a high standard of services.

NetInteractive delivered as a dedicated application with a control panel for the landlord. The Control panel gives the ability to add apartments, rooms, set prices, or calendars of availability for each room. We now have a fast website – it is crucial when prospective tenants are looking for apartments. We also gain extensive analytics for internet marketing and chat module between the landlord and tenants.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We receive a project manager for daily communication, who's been standing on the top of the project. He has been responsible for managing the whole working process. There was no need for us to be involved in every stage of the project and to communicate directly with the development team.

As a result, our website www.helloaya.com - works efficiently. Our clients are able to interact with our brand and product online. For us, the customization of booking online was a huge part of our project.

Omniaz is a technology startup based in Singapore with the mission to build immersive retail experiences by establishing augmented reality as a new media channel. We started with the alcoholic beverage industry with DRNK:AR - a holistic BevTech solution to transform the way businesses market alcohol products to millennial consumers via a mobile application. I’m the COO & Co-Founder of Omniaz.

Our goal was to develop the first fully scalable and global Augmented Reality app for wine, beer & spirits.

Netinteractive was recommended to us by friends. After a few meetings, we started to cooperate on a small project, which was growing from month to month.

The app is a combination of AR and AI technology to seamlessly recognize any wine beer and spirit bottles within seconds and provide all the information and animation via AR through the user's mobile camera. Thanks to this, the brand can convey their full story to their consumers through immersive AR animations with all the relevant information by simply going beyond the label. Users on the other side learn all about the product and are provided with relevant recommendations - DNRK:AR helps to make better choices on drinks. DRNK:AR serves as a new marketing channel for beverage brands via the backend platform with full analytics and insights from the user interactions via the app.

What was the team composition?

Netinteractive outsourced us few top-notch developers skilled in react native and C++. They are still working on our project.
