I’m the creative director of SHOWME Caribbean. We create innovative digital content, webcams, interactive maps and virtual technology solutions for companies in the Caribbean tourism industry to enhance their marketing and client experiences.

What challenge were you trying to address with NET2TYPO WEB SERVICES?

We needed to redesign some pages on the website and implement virtual tours.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NET2TYPO WEB SERVICES has worked on our Typo3 website every week from 2018-2020. They’ve helped us understand the website and allowed us to upload new pins to the maps. We’ve made the virtual tours ourselves, and they’ve shown us how to upload them to the website. 

We used to work on TYPO3, but it was too complex for us. We needed more freedom on the website, so we switched to Wix with their help. After 2020 have regular contact for website updates.

We found them online. At that time, we had a TYPO3 website, so we probably searched on TYPO3.

We started working together in May 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t sell anything through our website, so we don’t have measurable outcomes. However, we’ve had more traffic since the updates.

How did NET2TYPO WEB SERVICES perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time. They primarily communicate via Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can always reach them, which is a big plus for us. We often get stuck, and many clients have their virtual tours online via our website. We haven’t had many issues since we finished the new website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Everything we've asked them to do, they've done, and for a good price.
