Neolite Infotech India Pvt were given a detailed product specification and asked to turn it into a product (mobile app, website and admin panel). This was done across a number of milestones, each one building on the previous one dependency. There use to be meeting with them every 7 days. Testing was done on periodic basis.

Neolite Infotech India Pvt Ltd engaged a large workforce on this project that changed over the period of the contract. However broadly it involved a Project Manager, Technical lead and design lead and few developer's.

The product is developed yet to get launched in Post Covid. This was our decision and not a reflection of the work undertaken. We need to do more work to understand audience, commercials and launch strategy. Testing Phase is there on and we are working to launch the product as soon as possible

Neolite Infotech India Pvt Ltd had a large team involved and our project team was not technical in nature. They had a team who helped our team understand the issues, challenges and progress very well and connected to the relevant stakeholders on their side.

The most impressive element about the team was their on-time response during the development of the products.

At times, when there was shuffle of technical team for our products, they would take some time for understanding the flow of the products.

While we have finished the initial scope of the site development, the project has further been extended to include some UI/UX work, and site migration. The site met our expectations in terms of matching the design specifications , however, in some aspects, it is too soon to discuss measurable and specific outcomes on the future side. I am confident that Neolite Infotech will continue to add value to our project on each and every milestone as our project process if required.

We went with an agile project management style, which met our needs. We typically communicated via email and Outlook, and placed calls on Google Meet or Skype.

They are very responsive, adaptable, and capable. They are client-focused and took the time to answer our questions in a matter of time. They are also very cost-effective, which allowed us to increase our scope of work with them within our budget.

Our experience with them has been far pleasant. There is nothing in particular which stands out form other but there sincerity and capable of doing the task is a way behind.

Project manage was very good, they have tried to meet deadlines always and if there was delay for some reasons they conveyed it to us with justification.
