CEO, Graphic Design Company
- Industry: Other industries

- Client size: 1-10 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — May 10, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: NeoITO delivered a fully functional product in just six months. Internal stakeholders were exceedingly satisfied with the quality work and prompt service. Moreover, the team stood out for their passion and commitment to the project. They kept on track with deadlines and had excellent communication.
"“They were there every step of the way, jumping on calls and reassuring us.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a graphic design company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with NeoITO?

We needed help automating our manual process. Rather than having customers go through the process of buying a piece of graphic design work, sending it to our designers, having our customer support team review it, and then sending it to them within 3–5 days, we wanted to automate the whole process.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

NEoITO automated our entire workflow so that when a customer made an order for a graphic design, the software automatically designed the piece of work instantly. They created a software solution that used AI to create the designs. Initially, we only provided the proposal with what we wanted, and they custom-built everything from scratch.

What is the team composition?

We worked with seven people.

How did you come to work with NeoITO?

I searched on Google for different software companies. I came across Clutch and saw NeoITO. Although I scheduled a meeting with dozens of other software companies, we chose NeoITO in the end.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent £35,000 (approximately $43,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2021–May 2022.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We plan on doing a soft launch this week. Customers can go to the website, make an order, and get their graphic design work instantly. Moreover, the quality of work is phenomenal. We were skeptical when we started, but they were there every step of the way, jumping on calls and reassuring us that it was the right choice. Now, we have a fully working product.

If we hadn’t gone with NeoITO, we would’ve lost a lot of money testing various software companies. They were phenomenal from start to finish.

How did NeoITO perform from a project management standpoint?

They were well on track with the deadlines. We agreed to have it done by February, but different things came out to improve the product. It was my idea to add more scope to the project, and they made changes when we asked for them.

We used Google Meet and WhatsApp for instant chats. Also, we used email for formal communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were passionate about the project. When we mentioned the product idea to them, they were just as excited about creating something brand new as we were. Every other software company was bored and didn’t see the vision for it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything was great from start to finish. If I had to add some area of improvement, I'd just say a little quicker communication towards the end of the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I was super skeptical about outsourcing to a tech team. I was told I needed a CTO, but I went against that advice. Thankfully, I had a friend who could jump on the calls with me and all of these software companies — I highly recommend that if you’re not tech-minded.

Moreover, I recommend working with NeoITO. They can simplify technical terms so you understand them, and the team uses whatever you tell them to bring your vision to life.

**The Review** — Jan 10, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: While the work is ongoing, stakeholders have left positive feedback on NeoITO's UX design work. The client appreciates that they have the same people throughout the project. Their ability to understand their client's needs allows them to meet expectations, leading to a harmonious partnership.
""They’re very timely, and we’re impressed that they track everything that’s significant to our project.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a technology company. We offer SaaS, and we identify emotional markers, reflect them back to the user, and increase the emotional intelligence of the user.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with NeoITO?

We were addressing Android and iOS app development challenges.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

NeoITO is helping us build an app that can enable us to deliver the results of an API to our users using React Native. They’re also assisting us in creating a management portal that can collect data from our app’s users so that we can have aggregate data for companies and executives to observe emotional trends in their corporations. On top of that, we will be able to segment the data into different departments so that our customers can begin to break down the loopholes in their product, production, team management, and communication to ensure the overall wellbeing of their employees.

The team finished the first rendition of our product in September 2021, and we’re still working together as they're deploying our product into the marketplace. They’ll also continue to support us to address any bugs, concerns, or customer issues we may have in the future.

What is the team composition?

I’m working with their project manager, backend developer, data architect, and more.

How did you come to work with NeoITO?

I found NeoITO through a networking event, and I picked them because a gentleman that I met spoke very highly of them. After that, I looked at their website and investigated the work they did, including the products they had built. Then, I decided to see what approach they’d use to our product. In the end, I liked their proposal and was impressed that they investigated me and were willing to invest in my product. Overall, they showed that they were willing to stay with me for a long time.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in March 2021, and it’s ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve collected customer reviews throughout our partnership, and when we started deploying our product, we’ve received compliments on our simple UX design. It’s also helpful that we have the same people consistently on the project.

How did NeoITO perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a successful collaboration because I know what I want and I ask a lot of questions to make sure everything is clear. In addition, our project manager is very good at understanding what we need from them and is key to delivering the product that I envisioned. We use Discord and Figma to communicate and monitor the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very timely, and we’re impressed that they track everything that’s significant to our project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There have been times where there were gaps in communication, but my experience in building technology came in handy because I knew I had to quickly speak up. When we changed our project manager mid-way to the project, it was very noticeable. When I voiced my concern, they helped me get some clarity and gave me an extended time to get used to the new manager. As a result, the trading of the project manager from the first one was excellent.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want and keep asking questions until you know what it’s exactly that you want. If you’re aware of what you need, you’ll have a good development team.

CEO, Cruz Street
- Industry: Other industries

- Client size: 1-10 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Jun 18, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: While the MVP is anticipated to launch soon, Neoito has gone above and beyond to ensure that the app functions as intended. Their testing services even span user acceptance, which has helped the internal team think through their components. They are professional and startup-friendly.
"“Their goal is to operate for startups the way a high-powered organization would operate for a corporation.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Cruz Street. My company has produced a SaaS app called Dash Profit. We focus on providing business analytics to small- to medium-sized enterprises, both through our data platform and through fractional analyst services.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Neoito?

Over the last couple of years, we’d been on a journey to launch a data platform. We’d launched prior beta versions that were primarily just data infrastructure solutions, but we decided to double down on development during the 2020 pandemic.

Our company needed a partner to focus on the frontend design of our solution, which meant creating a whole UX for businesses to adopt our data platform. The amount of sophistication that needed to go into building that was significant. Not only did we have to create a custom frontend, but we also had to connect it to a database app. That’s where Neoito joined.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve been working with Neoito for a while now to launch Dash Profit. It’s a large-scale data analytics environment where a user can sign up, drop their data, and quickly churn out analytics and business intelligence (BI) regardless of the size of the data.

Neoito is basically an extension of our team, doing a variety of tasks such as design work, custom development, and testing. They’ve assigned a designer who helps us build out the designs for various pages. The designer has done a really good job of taking our existing brand look and feel and creating pages that fall in line with that.

They’ve also provided a dedicated expert in AWS and frontend React.js development who works in conjunction with our lead architect. They’re connecting the front- and backend of the solution. This is a complex task given that the app works in a multi-tenant data environment. We have to collect data and then push it into a database system that’s essentially making two-way calls. On top of that, the solution has to handle user provisioning so that users can get access to the data environment on the backend.

As for testing, they’ve assigned a tester to ensure that we don’t have a bunch of rework to do later on. They test as they go and even provide user acceptance testing to make sure that the software does what it’s intended to do. We’ve learned from that process and have gone back to rethink how we’re building a component, so they’ve added a lot of value.

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 team members at any given time. There’s a developer who does front- and backend work, a designer, a tester, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Neoito?

It was through online research. We found as many companies as we could that worked with startups, could operate within our stack, and had designed software with the look and feel we were going for.

In the end, we vetted over 30 vendors before narrowing them down to five that we thought had the right body of work and scope for our RFP. Neoito nailed the scope and had the right experience, so we chose them.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent between $25,000–$50,000. It’s a good value. That means, as a startup, we’re able to get high-quality work for a reasonable price.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them as early as October 2020, and it’s an ongoing project. We anticipate continuing to build out our software app as we go to market and will launch our MVP in July 2021.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Neoito works quickly and is a good communicator. They’re very honest, which is what you look for when hiring a development partner — you want someone you feel you can trust. They’re also professional, and you can tell that their people are well-trained.

How did Neoito perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a pretty good job. They’re managing a lot of resources on their side to meet deadlines. My partner is more in the weeds with them, and he only has positive things to say. He’s spoken highly of their ability to roll with the punches and stay flexible while hitting our targeted goals. Our teams communicate using Slack, phone calls, and a bit of email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

From talking to their leadership team, I can see that their goal is to operate for startups the way a high-powered organization would operate for a corporation — that’s to say, with structure, process, and quality.

How they performed during our RFP process was also very telling. We evaluated overpriced companies internationally that could talk about the biggest brands they worked with, but Neoito stood out because they did such a good job of actually closing in our scope.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d be nitpicking to say this, but it could be helpful if they had a deeper knowledge of our architecture and backend. Then again, we have someone on our leadership who comes with that know-how, so I’m not sure if we would’ve even outsourced for that.

Deep experience with analytics might help too since we’re an analytics company. However, that might not be where they want to live as a software development company.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should do a good job of coming prepared. Maybe we’re spoiled in saying that because our co-founder did a great job of driving a detailed RFP. Just give them what they need.

How did Neoito perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Jira and Slack. Our in-house team is mainly in charge of project management, but Neoito provides all the resources we need to get to the project’s completion. They’re always available and easy to collaborate with despite our time zone differences.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work is definitely commendable — they always meet our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were some hiccups at the beginning of the project, which could’ve been resolved through better communication.

CEO, Vet Marketing Pro
- Industry: Advertising & marketing

- Client size: 11-50 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview

**The Review** — Mar 5, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Through Neoito's expertise, a credible and detailed API database was generated, seamlessly contributing to the project's success. It only took eight months before the client's project was acquired by another company. The team was professional and communicative throughout their partnership.
""The project was a success all throughout."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Vet Marketing Pro. We are a leading marketing technology company in the veterinary space, with clients nationwide in the United States.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Neoito?

We needed Neoito to create an Exchange, Transform, Load (ETL) platform that would aggregate our API call data flows and marketing data flows into a single analytics dashboard.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Neoito helped us identify the architecture to use for the scope of the project. They also set up a PostgreSQL database where we could load our data, and we connected that to Google Data Studio for a graphical interface.

Additionally, they built about 70 different API calls with different data sources that pulled the data we needed for redundancy testing. We created dashboards from this database.

Eight months into our partnership with Neoito, the project was acquired by another company. Neoito then provided all the necessary documentation and technology to that company.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Faiz (Founder & CEO). He is a wonderful leader in the tech space, and I am currently working with him on a second project. I also worked with Jishnu (Project Lead) and about six other people from their team.

How did you come to work with Neoito?

Neoito was referred to me by the CEO of a modern AI platform that allowed people in the veterinary industry to serve up appointments and waitlists across the nation. I was amazed by their platform, so I asked him who built their tech stack. Upon learning that it was Neoito and hearing positive feedback from other companies, I didn’t talk to any other agency.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $75,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project was from March–September 2020.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were impressed with the product itself and the data generated from the API calls. We got the data we needed, the architectural suggestions were right, and the API calls were all set up correctly — for us, the project was a success all throughout.

The acquisition of our project was also a good enough tool to measure how wonderful their work was.

How did Neoito perform from a project management standpoint?

Neoito communicated with us daily through Google Hangouts. They were truly professional — they met every single deadline and let us know every task they did with regards to the project. We knew every piece of the puzzle, every single day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Neoito was a team of prompt, communicative professionals. They were also deadline- and detail-oriented.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there are any. I wanted them to open an office in the US, but they already did that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Talk to someone in the tech space to validate Neoito’s credentials. Have your initial conversations with Faiz. He is absolutely brilliant. He will help design both your stack and architectural plans before his team takes over.

It has good performance, operates well on different devices and formats, and, most of all, has great UX. The client believes they can do greater things in the future.
""They demonstrate excellent work ethics and trustworthiness, along with strong communication skills."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CEO of a leading queue management platform that helps over 10,000 companies improve their customer wait experience.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Neoito, and what were your goals?

We wanted to migrate an AngularJS web application to the new Angular 2+ framework and implement the NgRx framework for state management, plus improve the general quality of the web client.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Neoito delivered a convincing technical presentation and company introduction. They also developed a functional demo implementation (free of charge) built with Angular and NativeScript convincing us of their technical proficiency. We compared them with 5 other vendors.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Neoito was provided an 80+ page requirement specification with thousands of product requirements. They scoped the work out together with our team and we agreed on technical frameworks and development process.

Technologies included the latest Angular version (Angular2+ initially, now on Angular 10), NativeScript for cross-platform development, NgRx for react state management, etc.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

10 including front- and backend developers, technical architect, UX developers, QA testing (manual) and test engineer (integration testing), project manager/scrum lead.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall, it has been a great mutual partnership between our companies. The new web client is successful and is serving millions of people every month. It's performant, works great across devices/formats, and has very strong UX polish.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We collaborate in Slack on a daily basis and Gitlab for ticket management and version control. We have a weekly standup meeting and another weekly x-functional product sync meeting. They are strong communicators, excellent English and are easy-going and fun to work with.

Plus, Neoito has time and time again demonstrated excellent work ethics and is not afraid to pull up their sleeves and work late nights and weekends when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Neoito aims to stay at the technical forefront and are very ahead of the curve on new frameworks, technologies, development strategies, tooling, etc. We are constantly impressed by their savviness and expertise. They demonstrate excellent work ethics and trustworthiness, along with strong communication skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It took a longer time than ideal to agree on code standards (formatting, variable naming, folder structure, etc.). It also took time to establish git versioning and GitLab processes that all team members adhere to. However, they are receptive to feedback and at this point, everything is running very smoothly and at exceptional development standards.

- Industry: Business services

- Client size: 1-10 Employees

**The Review** — May 26, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: The vendor's services were integral to the success of the business. Their flexible, reliable nature helped them guide stakeholders through the development process with ease. They offered clear, efficient communication, and it was evident that the specialists were invested in their client's success.
""From their CEO down to the development team, they all work with great integrity."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Co-founder and CRO of Evolv Leadership Technologies. We take a unique approach to hiring and leadership that is focused on the core strengths, workplace motivators and weaknesses of employees/candidates. My focus is on revenue generation.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Neoito?

We had an initial MVP built from a firm here domestically in the United States. Unfortunately, our initial web app was built in a programming language that very few programmers understand. So, when we went to make upgrades/changes through a different firm, we were going to be charged a large amount of money. We literally were at a roadblock with an inadequate product and very little opportunity to move forward.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for our project with Neoito was to have a go-to-market MVP ready and available for launch.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We met with several different vendors and then we were introduced to Neoito by a mutual connection. We had not worked with overseas developers, so we were a bit skeptical at first, but after meeting with the Neoito team we felt 100% comfortable with moving forward and selecting them as our vendor.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed, developed, and configured our web app from basically idea to completed MVP. Our software focuses on a unique approach to strengths-based hiring and leadership in the workplace, and they captured everything we needed to go-to-market. They took us from simple, inadequate product that was built in a bad language and completely rebuilt our platform.

What was the team composition?

The team was comprised of several developers and a product manager that we could contact at anytime. We had contact with individual members of the team at times, but most of the communication was with all the members of the team that was working on our development which made it incredibly collaborative and efficient.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This one is tough to describe in text. They literally saved our business. It sounds dramatic, but being a bootstrapped tech company with a faulty product that we dumped a lot of money into almost killed our business. Neoito was flexible, trustworthy, and willing to help us navigate the development process.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was fantastic, especially compared to the experience we had when working with a domestic firm. Issues and delays were clearly communicated, changes/suggestions were always communicated and discussed respectfully, and they were constantly available whenever we needed to discuss something. They worked on our time, not theirs, which made it even more efficient and valuable for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

For me it is the integrity they have as people. From their CEO down to the development team, they all work with great integrity which is what has been most important and impressive for us. They are willing to tell us how it is, what needs to be done, and what the best way forward is, but it is always with our best interest in mind, not their own.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I do not have any suggestions for improvement at this time. Our experience has been top-notch.

Managing Partner, Daily AI

- Review Type: Online Review

**The Review** — Feb 14, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: The quality and scalability of the product has helped the client become a highly-regarded player in their field. Neoito produced quality results in a timely and collaborative manner. The team is hard-working, personable, and driven.
""They are extremely technically competent, both in terms of their innovative approach and ability to execute."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Daily AI helps professionals in the real estate industry manage their leads, database, and transactions in a highly effective and personalized manner. As Managing Partner, I oversee the technical and operational components of all or Daily AI's holdings.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Neoito?

Neoito has been the "workhorse" behind many of our software platforms, both web and mobile. They have taken a lead role in the design and architecture and day to day development of these projects.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create an innovative and effective platform for our clients. Neoito has an innovative approach towards development and have been the perfect partner to help drive these projects forward.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

Neoito is utilizing the most modern development tools available. As I have overseen development on multiple projects I appreciated their candor and approach. Serverless architecture is the most effective method to build scalable apps, but few vendors are implementing it effectively. I selected Neoito because they helped educate and ultimately convinced me of the power of serverless architecture, while every other vendor pushed more traditional methods of development.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They helped design, develop, and are now helping us maintain various web applications. This project was complex - we had to integrate with multiple services, bring in an elastic search for fast reporting, and overcome difficult compliance challenges. Neoito also helped build our initial website and SEO.

What was the team composition?

The team had roughly 15 people working on our projects at once. The team leaders are both very capable and highly effective. Several senior developers clearly did much of the heavy lifting on the app, and as needed they brought in other developers to build and deploy new features as needed. Neoito is very flexible in terms of how their team size can fluctuate depending on needs, while they always maintain the core integrity of the team.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Daily AI is quickly becoming known as one of the most effective solutions in the real estate world. The quality of the development, scalability of the project, and ultimately the timeline in which we were able to release our products has given us a huge advantage over competitors and put us in a position to generate revenue in an accelerated manner.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management structure included a traditional project manager and also a technical lead. As someone who is technically trained, I preferred to work with technical members of the team to discuss the requirements in depth. Overall the project managers were very effective and highly responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are extremely technically competent, both in terms of their innovative approach and ability to execute. Company management is very responsive, helpful, and willing to work with me/our team in the USA to find the best solution and workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In my opinion there is very little they could do better. My experience is from someone who is technically trained - so I would keep that in mind. I cannot speak as confidently as to how they would work with someone who has no technical experience, although I believe they are more than capable to handle any type of project and workflow.

### Daily AI | Lender specific CRM
Spencer, Co-founder and CEO at Daily AI observed a considerable lack of innovation in current mortgage CRMs. The inefficient workflows and lack of functionality of most CRMs have been costing lenders time and money for many years. Daily AI team aimed to build a CRM that is powered by artificial intelligence and computer learning to help lenders keep track of their clients and help them in efficiently conducting follow-ups, closing loans, etc, by minimising the need for manual updates.
We set up a 10-member team to handle both the frontend and backend of the project. Our UI/UX team took the time to understand the user base and designed a system that is easy to understand and navigate. While this was happening our Backend experts were working their magic by building a highly scalable serverless architecture using Firebase, Cloud run and Cloud function capable of handling thousands of users simultaneously.

We also built a state of the art drip campaigns and a humanoid driven AI chatbot - Rue, to help lenders with follow-ups.

Daily AI is now one of the best CRM system available for lenders. The first 3 months of the launch saw Daily AI being adopted by some of the biggest financial institutions like Point Mortgage, Purple Inc. Mortgage, Fairway Mortgage and Barrett Financial.

They went from 0-8 figure valuation in just under a year.

### Data Visualization Made Easier & Faster
There is a considerable amount of data visualization platforms in the market today. But Jesse Cruz still found it hard to find many of these apps not utilizing business data properly, often ignoring datasets altogether or not providing options for users to find them and make sense with it.
They wanted to create a data analytics and visualization platform that could utilize this unused chunk of data in every organization and convert them into clear insights companies could use to either plug unseen losses or improve the scalability of their businesses. We just sped up his product journey.
The Challenge
To develop an engaging data visualization platform that fetches unused enterprise data and generates usable insights with ease. Our primary obstacles were fourfold

Creating an unintimidating user experience to get users to work on complex data and still generate insights
A super-quick front-end feature-rich and responsive enough to be engaging for users
Help the backend team to perfect their initial product and make it error-free and capable of handling huge loads of data
An impressive UI that's uncluttered and simple to use with neatly designed dashboards, charts, and lists

The Result

The customer base of Cruz Street now includes business analysts, marketing teams, small businesses, and a range of other companies that require data to be visualized to make key business decisions
MyCDO is one of the quickest yet sophisticated data visualization tools available today for teams that work on business development and optimization

NeoITO enabled Cruz Street to handle tons of data without dipping the platform’s performance and expanded its user base beyond seasoned data scientists, making it the quickest go-to data visualization platform for business analysts, marketers and small businesses

### Ride Yellow
Connecting Commuters and Taxis with the Push of a Button
RideYellow, a popular ride app from NTS has been operating in 11 states partnering with local taxi fleets. The app is a loved choice for a great many users to conveniently book or call cabs at the tap of a button. But as customers increased tremendously, they realized a crucial problem that required urgent attention: managing daily traffic without any lag whatsoever.
Their current state of affairs was rooted in three fundamental flaws in the system

Redesign the app to make RideYellow a scalable platform
The app should work in realtime while providing all the features customers love to use in RideYellow
Transform RideYellow into a cloud-based infrastructure with efficient use of data

The Challenge
There were 3 real obstacles to be addressed before RideYellow could help a wider range of audiences and be fast at the same time.

Handle large amounts of data without any lag in app performance
Realtime response for user requests, to quickly book, pay, and get alerts on their ride
Reduce overall running costs through better technology adoption

Serving thousands of customers a day requires responsiveness and >99% uptime at any given moment, so designing and implementing the app revamp within the least amount of time became our primary objective
The Result

With a new serverless architecture, RideYellow reported a record 33% lesser operational costs overall
RideYellow is now capable of handling thousands of customers simultaneously with zero delay, thanks to an integrated autoscaling ecosystem to handle data more effectively
RideYellow is now 25% faster, with realtime support to users queries, contributing to its significant rise in user experience
RideYellow is still expanding to other cities and serving thousands of new customers every day

NeoITO improved RideYellow’s app performance by 25% and reduce overall operational costs by over 33%

### Project with PropertyOK
Unleashing the Full Potential of Digitalization to Boost Conversions
Starting out back in 2015, PropertyOK had only one goal to push it forward - to make property listings truly accessible for customers. At the time, most other platforms that ruled SERPs were notorious for having irregular data which was rarely updated.
The NeoITO Impact
We found that the existing website was limiting PropertyOK to fully realize its options in the property market, making a website revamp quite inevitable.
We migrated the website from WordPress to Next.JS to allow the website to handle more requests and be quick at the same time
The website was integrated with AWS to gain a much-needed performance improvement
Optimized SEO to make it the most easily searchable property website among target markets
A simplified admin panel to improve each listing page to be easily indexed and ranked in Google SERP
