The scope of work was to develop the product website, and two key features of the app, following the product philosophy and branding. As a first step, we had a brainstoriming and walkthrough session with the Neo team, sharing of ideas, assets and branding guidelines and the UI design in Figma. Neo team has analysed the Figma file and developed the front end and interactions working in collaboration with the LLM and Backend persons from our company.
The key deleiverables are:
1. Functional fatures in the app
2. the respective code documentation
3. The front end HTML bundle for the product website

We engaged NeoInteraction Design to redesign our corporate website homepage with the primary objective of improving user experience and overall engagement.

NeoInteraction Design was responsible for the complete UI and UX design of our corporate website homepage. The scope of work included user research, wireframing, visual design, and creating an intuitive user experience aligned with our brand goals. In addition, they delivered responsive HTML to ensure seamless performance across devices. The main deliverables were the finalized UX flow, high-fidelity UI mockups, and fully responsive front-end code ready for integration.

We found NeoInteraction Design through an online search. We chose them because of their specialized focus on UX design. After reviewing their previous work and client portfolio, we were impressed by the depth of their expertise and the quality of their execution. Their professional approach and clear understanding of user-centric design principles made them a strong fit for our requirements.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in March 2025, and it’s currently in its final stages. We’re scheduled to release the redesigned homepage in the first week of June 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While the final release is scheduled for the first week of June 2025, we’ve already seen positive indicators during the testing phase. Key measurable outcomes include a significant reduction in bounce rate during the pilot test, dropping from 60% to approximately 28%, increased average time spent on the homepage, and positive internal feedback on the improved navigation, layout, and responsiveness across devices. We expect to validate the full impact once the new homepage goes live.

They maintained clear communication via Microsoft Teams meetings, provided regular updates, and adhered to agreed timelines. Are there any areas they could improve?

While our overall experience with NeoInteraction Design was highly positive, one area with room for improvement could be faster turnaround during the initial design iterations. At times, the review cycles took slightly longer than expected. A more structured feedback loop or tighter sprint reviews could have helped accelerate the early stages. That said, the quality of work and their willingness to incorporate feedback ultimately made up for the minor delays.
