Develop high-fidelity prototypes showcasing a polished and intuitive interface tailored to WMU’s brand identity.

3. Visual Design
Design a cohesive and engaging UI, emphasizing WMU’s female-first approach with a modern and empowering aesthetic.

4. Development Handoff
Deliver finalized designs and assets (e.g., Figma files, style guide) to the development team, ensuring a seamless implementation process.

Initial Design and Launch: Successfully designed and launched the WealthMeUp app, tailored to a female-first audience.

Their project management was excellent. They consistently delivered items on time, communicated proactively, and they were highly responsive to our needs, ensuring the project stayed on track and aligned with our goals.

While Needplex performed exceptionally well, one area for improvement could be streamlining communication to ensure even quicker updates during critical project phases. However, this did not significantly impact the overall success of the project.

The team is very responsive; the items requested are done on time and per the requests; There were urgent requests that were also met with understanding and fast solution. Communication is great!

The scope of the work entailed the development of a new fin-tech mobile application available in iOS and Android. The scope also entailed UX Design and Project Management of the entire project.

The measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success included successful functionality in the production application, speed and performance.

The project management at Needplex is superb. They are very well organized and on top of tasks and timelines. They are a delight to work with. The projec was delivered on time based on project timelines that were agreed on. They responded to needs in an understanding and timely way.

The unique aspect of Needplex is their approach to solving the core problem and product needs. They develop with scale and growth in mind without having to re-develop/re-architect the system architecture. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Needplex could have done differently?

One area of improvement is adopting and out of box project, defect tracking for reporting bugs during software development. We used spreadsheets but it was fine!
