We needed a new website for our business to advertise our services and bring in leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NC Digital designed and developed a new website for M&J Roofing to give us a professional online presence and make it easier for potential customers to find and contact us. The project included the full website design and build, mobile optimization, service pages, project/gallery content, contact forms, and basic SEO setup. NC Digital also ensured the site was fast, easy to use, and structured properly for local search.

Moreover, NC Digital provided ongoing support after the website launch, including website hosting, maintenance, updates, and general technical support when needed. The team continues to help keep the site running smoothly and make changes when required.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

NC Digital's new website gave us a much more professional online presence and made it easier for potential customers to find our services and get in touch. Since the launch, we've seen an increase in website inquiries and improved visibility in local search results. The site also performs much better on mobile, loads quickly, and gives customers a clearer overview of the roofing services we offer.

Although we don't have exact percentage figures available, we've seen a noticeable increase in website inquiries and improved visibility for our roofing services in local Google searches. We now receive 20 more inquiries per month compared to before the new website was launched.

How did NC Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

NC Digital managed the project really well from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and we were kept updated on the progress. The team handled any changes we requested quickly. Moreover, NC Digital delivered the website within the agreed timeframe, and the whole process was straightforward and well-organized.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out the most was how personal and straightforward the whole process felt. NC Digital took the time to understand our business, explained everything clearly without overcomplicating it, and was always easy to contact when we had questions or wanted changes. It felt like we were working with someone who genuinely cared about getting the website right rather than just delivering it and moving on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing major comes to mind. The project was handled well, and communication was good throughout. If anything, having a little more guidance at the start around what content and images we needed to prepare could have made the process even quicker. However, overall, we were very happy with how everything was managed.
