What was the scope of their involvement?

Naskay Technologies Private Limited developed a app for Android and iOS, both for mobile and tablet environments. We started the engagement by providing them with some strategic direction about the function and use cases that needed to be built. We then worked on the workflows, after which they came back with some improvements to our UI/UX design.

The nature of our product is artificial intelligence-driven data collection, where we look at consumers' behavior, particularly around life-controlling issues like drug addiction, alcoholism, and other mental health issues. The interpretation of that data is particularly important — it needed to be very graphical and easy to understand, not just for the user but also for the healthcare provider that’s going to be interpreting the data.

We work directly with three people, which includes an architect, a designer, and a UI/UX developer, from Naskay Technologies Private Limited.

Naskay Technologies Private Limited was referred to us by another development team that we had been working with for 15 years. We first ran them through a series of increasingly more difficult test exercises to see if they were a good fit for us. They did very well, so we decided to go with them for this project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The speed at which Naskay Technologies Private Limited works is saving us 50% of our prior expenditures in UI/UX in terms of the raw dollars that we normally expend for a similar project. Aside from that, they create really simple yet beautiful interfaces, and I’m impressed with how eloquent the app is in terms of its workflow and ability to clearly display the information that we need to display.

Naskay Technologies Private Limited has performed well in terms of project management. They’re always prepared — we have meetings three times per week, and they always come to them with work products and prototypes. This allows us to envision exactly what’s going to be delivered or put into production and identify what we’re lacking.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really like how easy it is to work with Naskay Technologies Private Limited. We didn’t have to teach them the remedial stuff; they just get it. Therefore, the production has gone twice as fast and lowered our overall costs in terms of development.

Above all, they’re just really nice people to work with. They’re not argumentative, and they’ve never tried to upsell or persuade us into doing things a certain way to make it easier for them. They always give us what we ask for, and they provide us with very valuable insights to further add value to our app’s user experience.

They’re a qualified and trustworthy team, and they’ve also been very responsive throughout the engagement.

How did Naskay Technologies Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been great; we have daily scrum meetings with their leads and also communicate through Zoom and Slack. We try to make sure that we can see everybody’s faces and hear them well through good headsets and internet connection.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They know our company’s goals, so every product they develop is coded in a fashion preparing for future work, including updates, new versions, new phone releases, and everything else regarding keeping engaged with our customers. In addition to that, they take internal resource development very seriously, which we like.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — their methods have been working for us.

Trust them to become part of your process; they’re sincere and transparent, so they’ll communicate with you clearly. It has helped us to treat them as a part of our company.

Our main objective was to simplify the UX of our application, which is a recipe platform. Naskay Technologies looked after multiple tasks related to that goal, such as restructuring the home screen, the recipe builder section, and the general interface of the app.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Based on the tests that we’ve conducted with Naskay Technologies’ prototype, the user retention rate has increased by at least two and a half times. They’ve delivered high-quality work, which is why we’ve decided to continue working with them.

How did Naskay Technologies Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re amazing. The owner of the company has been very involved in the project. He has managed and attended some of our meetings, bringing value and ideas to our discussions.

We use GitHub, Asana, and Figma for the design project and Zoom and emails for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by their excellent management and ownership of the project. They’ve provided really great insight.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could perhaps use a better program than Figma to build their prototypes.
