I’m the owner and lead esthetician of LASH AND BEAUTY BAR L.A.B.B., a beauty company that provides aesthetic and spa services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Narratives by Nazar?

We needed to gain online visibility through an updated website, SEO, and social media presence and consistency to drive leads and business.

Narratives by Nazar provides digital marketing services, including updating our website with a timeline that fits our budget, creating 4–5 weekly social media posts, and sending email newsletters (newly implemented). The team also creates content and develops the strategy for posting.

We started working together in June 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our monthly revenue has more than doubled, and we’ve seen an increase in website and social media views. Before working with Narratives by Nazar, we had less than 100 monthly website views, and now we have over 400. Our social media followers have increased by 1,000, and we have consistent posting. Overall, we used to bring in roughly $10,000 a month, and now we average $20,000–$25,000 monthly.

How did Narratives by Nazar perform from a project management standpoint?

All deliverables are done on time, and communication is strong if there’s any reason for something to be delivered late. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Narratives by Nazar genuinely cares about the businesses they work with, so we don’t feel like just another client to them. The team goes above and beyond on everything and is open to ideas. They’re also patient with us when we don’t know the process or need to take our time due to budget or time constraints.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The project management system (Basecamp) was hard to learn to use and navigate. Some sort of orientation would be a great idea for future clients, but it hasn’t been a big deal.

• Measure e-commerce activity through Shopify and analytics data, including product views, clicks, add-to-cart actions, checkout activity, purchases, and online sales.
• Review customer actions such as website clicks, form submissions, phone clicks, messages, product engagement, and other signs of buying intent.
• Monitor Google Business Profile performance, including profile views, local impressions, website clicks, calls, direction requests, and actions tied to store visits.
• Use Google Search Console to track impressions, clicks, click-through rate, keyword growth, and stronger visibility for local and product searches.
