I’m the CEO and founder of an online apparel export company based in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with N2NAcers?

N2NAcers helped us develop our website. For context, we’ve worked with four companies in the past., but none of them did a good job. As a result, our business went down. That was when I decided to ask for N2NAcers’ support. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our WordPress website from scratch. I offered some suggestions, and they gave me recommendations for improving the website.  

In terms of goals, I wanted a website that was easy to use. Our customers were mostly housewives that sometimes weren’t good with computers. As such, we needed a website that was friendly and wasn’t too technical. Moreover, I wanted the site to highlight the fact that we shipped to the US and Canada. It should show prices in various currencies depending on the customers’ location. 

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with a developer.

How did you come to work with N2NAcers?

They were referred to me by a friend. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested between 40,000–50,000 Indian rupees (approximately $500–$600 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from May–November 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

N2NAcers were extremely professional. They were eager to help me improve the website and attract more customers. The team provided useful suggestions and provided help to ensure the site worked perfectly. 

How did N2NAcers perform from a project management standpoint?

They had a great project management style. We communicated mostly via WhatsApp and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their enthusiasm made me happy, and I knew they wouldn’t simply take the money and leave. Overall, they’re great at getting work done. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could bring more people to their team so they could do their work faster. Everything was good enough for me, however. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

N2NAcers is good at assisting you in developing projects, but you have to make sure you give them everything in detail. Moreover, use WhatsApp — it’s a great tool for staying in touch with them.
