We make consumer health and wellness products that we sell online on our online store and platform. I am the CEO of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC?

We hired MYZEAL to help us build our entire ecommerce online store to make it high quality, fast response and built for conversions. MYZEAL consulted us on how to layout our website to increase consumer confidence in our product.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create an impressive and simple website that is customization to adjust overtime, but was also plain enough to not require a massive budget. Our other goal was to increase website conversions with a new website.

How did you select this vendor?

I found MYZEAL through a mutual connection, but also heard about them searching for web development online. Their processes and methods of completing the project are second to none. I loved how they structured the project completion.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The provided consultation on how to take our existing website, and build on it. They also helped us with branding and marketing direction aside from web development. They also went back and forth in sprints to complete the project to our wishes.

We did have a few thing s we wanted to adjust, and they happily did. The only thing we noticed was that sometimes deadlines were a day or two late, but it was always to improve upon a composition.

What was the team composition?

There were project managers and coordinators that worked with us directly. Then I assume they had a team on the backend doing all of the design and integrations. We had a few coordinators who helped and informed us throughout the process.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

MYZEAL helped us clean up our entire company message, branding, and strategies to be cohesive. From a value standpoint, they helped us increase our conversions by 10%, which is great considering our conversion rate is pretty high.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was easy and transparent. We had to go back and forth a few times, and a slight language barrier but they knew how to do the job correctly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by how much they cared about the project being perfect and successful. You can really tell they care.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing I would suggest is improving communication and deadlines sometimes.

I’m an operations manager at a storage and moving company. We rent out portable steel containers for residential, commercial, and construction use. I work in franchise support and do R&D.

We hired MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC to create custom software for a mobile and desktop app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC is creating software from scratch that dispatches job assignments to employees and status updates to customers. The team is using SQL to develop an Android mobile app, which drivers use to get job information, and a PC desktop app, which managers and dispatchers use to track the driver’s status.

We are in the last phase of development and are currently deploying the software to fix bugs.

What is the team composition?

My team has worked with IT personnel and a project manager.

How did you come to work with MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC?

I wasn’t involved in the selection process, but my company chose MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC amongst several companies based on their skillset and past clients. They had an attentive and receptive nature and seemed to comprehend the scope of our work.

What is the status of this engagement?

The collaboration began in October 2018 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can’t measure anything yet, but based on what we’ve seen so far, the software is going to add value and make our processes much easier. MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC’s work is helping us move forward into the available technology.  

How did MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC maintains constant contact so that they can understand our needs. One of their employees even visited our office to get a better idea of what we do.

If we ever need something changed or corrected, they act quickly. The team is very responsive and attentive. They initiate proactive conversations, ask questions, and adhere to the set schedule. MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC uses Zoho for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC’s responsiveness is the number one thing that impresses me. The team is incredibly open-minded and eager to hear our suggestions. They maintain a 'yes mentality' and never conclude that something can’t be done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If I had to give any criticism, it would be that some of our earlier meetings and video conferences could have been smoother. However, that was a small hiccup.

Any advice for potential customers?

Provide a list of what you want. Don’t be timid about presenting MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC with a challenge.

I’m the CEO at Ebony Sports, which manufactures sports apparel. I’m in charge of day-to-day operations and signing up for IT and other services.

What challenge were you trying to address with MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC?

We needed an e-commerce presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our e-commerce website and included everything that we wanted on the dashboard. We handled all of the content uploading, as we know which products to take down and put up. That enabled us to react in a timely manner to any requests.

They did the development and the design of the website using WordPress, after asking us what we wanted for the look and feel. They also did quite a bit of analysis before we got started.

What is the team composition?

I worked with their team lead.

How did you come to work with MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC?

We were in contact with a couple of companies on LinkedIn and it was a while before we committed to one. We developed a relationship with MYZEAL and then set up the contract and formulated the whole agreement.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve delivered everything in the contract. We reviewed the finished site and made some amendments and upgrades, so it hasn’t launched yet, but they’ve done their part and are still willing to make changes. The quality of their work is better than other sites I’ve seen.

How did MYZEAL I.T. Solutions LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re timely, responsive, communicative, and proactive, as well as sensitive to our needs and timings. I was away for 1 ½ months and they were very receptive throughout; they’re always available to answer questions. We use Skype to communicate.

They’ve been very professional about meeting our requirements—they stay on task and on time. They didn’t just build the site and then leave: they set up a tutorial for how to navigate the site, how to load up images, and how to edit. They’re a hands-on operation and it’s been a pleasure working with them as they’re interested in the performance. It’s an added bonus that I didn’t expect.

They’re very transparent and communicative about where we are and what we’re supposed to be doing.

No.

They’re a good partner as they understand entrepreneurship. They spend time explaining how things work, offering ideas and solutions for an affordable price and with a comfortable payment structure.
