Helping global brands connect with their customers. My role as the company’s technology director involves staying in touch with many subcontractors, who get the job done. MWD has been my long-term business partner - one, that I worked with even before joining the ranks of my current company.

For what projects/services did your company hire MWD, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a business partner with a proven track record of successful WordPress implementations. Eventually, we decided to work with MWD, and have since delivered multiple projects, whose goals revolved around improving the communication between the company, i.e. our customer, and its clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My history with MWD way back, to 2016. I was working for a different company at that time, and my team was cooperating with them on a project. I was impressed by their professional approach and communication skills - the two factors that made me remember them very well. Now, I turn to them, everytime that a project that fits their profile lands in my lap.

MWD follows a well-established process. They know what to do, step-by-step: 

• from the initial phase - where they process the customer’s brief and prepare an offer for them
• to the implementation phase
• to the delivery stage where they make sure that the project ticked all the boxes.

It’s not rare that they offer our customers maintenance packages, too, which is often met with enthusiasm on the part of the companies’, whose websites Osom has just built.

I stay in touch with many of their team members: these are mainly project managers, who serve as our main point of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They specialize in WordPress development done safely. Also expertise in Digital marketing especially local seo, social ads and google ads. It’s especially notable that our customers, who MWD with, always praise them for their ability to build error-proof, reliable websites. We fully trust MWD recommendations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Throughout the project, we stay in touch, working asynchronously, which I find very efficient. I appreciate their flexibility in that matter. Whenever we need to get on a call together, we use google meet, which I’ve had no issues with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We’re actual partners. They’re not afraid to give me feedback and propose a different approach to an issue from the one that I suggested. I think this kind of back-and-forth is beneficial for the projects that we develop together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If there is anything that they could improve, it’s not something that I can list off the cuff. It’s a pleasure to work with them.

We got reference from my one of client so i called her explain what is my requirement. She explain web design process and also explore some ideas.. After signup on sat and she work on sunday also ..and send final draft on monday because of some emergency they worked on sunday on my request. The end product was too cool.
