The biggest challenges in this project were related to the scale and complexity of the solution itself. The system captures and processes significant amounts of data, which needs to be reflected in the database architecture. At the same time, the solution had to be lightweight and fast. Furthermore, prior to approaching us, the company was operating predominantly in a rather waterfall-like manner and produced extensive documentation that was hard to translate into tangible backlog requirements. With this in mind, a shift towards Agile was also challenging. ### XREF - reference checking product integrations XREF is an Australian company committed to pioneering positive change in the industries of HR and recruitment. The user can design packaging with online 3D Packaging Designer created by ASPER BROTHERS. ### RapidID - Identity Verification Software From startups to Fortune 500 companies, and from Fintech to Proptech including all the industries in between – modern businesses worldwide require efficient and secure real-time identity verification. This is exactly the challenge Australian-based  – RapidID is addressing by offering an integrated all-in-one platform for anti-fraud prevention for a digital world. From the technical point of view, the biggest challenge was related to the fact that RapidID was to be a web application, not a native app. That meant the Team at Asper Brothers had to go the extra mile to make it efficient, functional, and scalable. Since the native app experience was a crucial goal to achieve, it required a special approach to make the frontend adaptable to various mobile devices. Another technical challenge was concerning security – the data of each customer of the application had to be strictly isolated on the database level in order to meet highly demanding safety regulations. It all summed up to building an industry-leading fraud protection web tool, that has a native experience and is safe and reliable enough to ensure surpassing regulatory requirements oth the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (AML/CTF). ### Cambridge Literary Festival streamed online Cambridge Literary Festival (CLF) is an annual reading festival, famous all over England. Since 2003, the unique city of Cambridge has been hosting meetings with people of literature, scientists, and thinkers. Currently, the CLF is organized in two editions – spring and winter. Both of them have a total of about 350 authors and speakers – both recognized, outstanding authors as well as debutants at the beginning of their creative careers. Due to an unexpected epidemic of Covid, the spring edition of the CLF could not be organized in the magnificent interiors of the Cambridge Science Center. However, the CLF team decided to act and still keep the festival running. In April they came up with the idea for a digital version of the festival with videos and audio podcasts. This form of the festival made it possible to keep the festival running and to reach new audiences online. The next step was to deepen the digital experience and have the festival in the form of video streaming, both live streaming and sharing the video library. And it was the ASPER BROTHERS team that helped to complete this challenge. The main goal of this project was to prepare a completely new platform enabling paid access to audio and video materials. Additionally, according to the requirements, users should be able to subscribe to the platform, just like in any other popular streaming platform. However, the biggest challenge was time. The autumn-winter edition of the festival had its time set, so at the planning phase, we had to foresee any possible obstacles. Fortunately, thanks to the great cooperation between the ASPER BROTHERS and CLF team, we made it. The users received a  fully functional platform and could virtually meet with their favorite authors. ### Vetted Property - Real Estate Listing & Appraisal Investing in real estate is a tough nut to crack, especially in highly competitive markets, like Dubai, for example. It is challenging to understand which investment can bring expected returns and when. Not to mention, comparing different offers can be a frustrating task. Vetted Property is an online platform that addresses exactly these challenges. It is an interactive tool that empowers buyers and sellers during the crucial decision making process related to investing in real estate. It is a data-driven, customizable, user-friendly, and AI-based tool that is all about leveraging the Automated Valuation Model (AVM) to find investments with higher ROI. ### Promodomo.nl maintenance & development A group of young, energetic and real estate-savvy professionals embarked on a great idea for a tech disruption in the industry. A story of Promodomo, is a great example of how a great idea backed up with technology, trust and cooperation brings tangible benefits. But it wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns all along! Usually, business success stories start with a brilliant and often bold idea, based on a combination of a deep market understanding and creativity. Similarly, in this case, the team behind Promodomo understood that in the Netherlands there’s a very high demand for real estate, but there are not enough good tools that would satisfy the need for property claims.
