What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project produced several concrete outcomes that significantly advanced the development of Idezy.

First, we now have a complete and coherent brand identity, including logo, color system, typography and visual guidelines. This allowed us to move from an abstract concept to a recognizable product with a clear visual positioning.

Second, the team delivered a full set of high-fidelity mockups that define the core user journey of the platform. These screens make it possible to clearly demonstrate how the product works, both for potential users and for potential investors.

Third, the mockups enabled us to start validating the product concept more effectively. We can now present a realistic representation of the platform during feedback sessions with startup programs and early stakeholders, which helps us collect more structured input and refine the product before building the MVP.

Overall, the project transformed the idea into a tangible product prototype, making the next steps—user testing, MVP development and investor conversations—much more concrete and actionable.

I was impressed by Musemind's competency and the fact that they were always asking questions. The team was genuinely curious about our app idea, which made them seem more like an internal team rather than an outsourced one. Moreover, Musemind wasn't afraid to give their feedback, whether it was negative or positive, which helped us open our eyes regarding some of our proposed features.

 I'm the head of design a proptech company that provides cutting-edge real estate intelligence solutions that form a complete suite of tools for any property-related decision.

What challenge were you trying to address with Musemind?

 We needed to augment our existing design team with additional resources who could work with us seamlessly and accommodate the shifting nature of working within corporations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Musemind created a consistent, dynamic, and beautiful design system for our brand within Figma. This system allowed our designers to easily create new designs or edit old ones. Musemind created many new modules in our main product and helped redesign issues in existing modules. The team ideated and built functional prototypes of two new products for investment purposes. These designs were ready to build. Musemind also overhauled our existing brand website and built a number of landing pages for marketing funnels. The team touched almost every area of the product with new design or enhancement, from walkthroughs to search functionalities and overall enhancement of the feature layout within the product.

What is the team composition?

 We worked with five teammates from Musemind. 3 designer, 1 research/documentation specialist, and 1 project manager.

How did you come to work with Musemind?

I discovered Musemind on Upwork. I chose them because they provided me with a team of resources with varying skills and expertise. At first, I was specifically looking for help in design system building and asset management. I also needed someone very comfortable building complex dashboards. Later on, I knew I would need help with landing pages and marketing funnels. Musemind's large team allowed me to pull in different resources at different times in our long-term engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We worked together from August 2024-July 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Musemind delivered designs that increased the number of products, features, and artifacts. We launched two new products, 20+ responsive webpages, 25+ new features, and 50+ fixes to existing features. We also created dozens of prototypes and many user flow documents for ideation. Their work doubled the output of my department and streamlined the handover process with the tech team using their effective documentation via prototype and video.

How did Musemind perform from a project management standpoint?

 The way in which our teams needed to work meant much of the project management was already covered by my team. Musemind provided a project manager who assisted their designers, but it wasn't a type of project where we just handed them work and then they would walk off with it. However, the times in which we did rely on their project management, it was a good experience. We communicated via Microsoft Teams, Loom, email, and Monday.com.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Musemind's ability to accommodate any design request I had was impressive. Since they could always rely on various resources who were not directly assigned to my team, I could work with Musemind to explore branding or marketing. It was wonderful not to need to look for other teams to help with additional work. We would discuss how to shift the workload or modify the payment to accommodate additional requests. It was fantastic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 No, there weren't any. Whenever I had an issue, they would explore the situation with me and then work on the solution right away.
