Work required to do a complete re-design of the existing website with multiple pages. Some pages were more complex, like the book reading pages. They had to deliver the entire design and complete the front-end development.

There were multiple pages. Eash page was unique and played a different purpose on the website. The scope of work required them to work on the entire website and add a few additional pages. They also had to pick colors that matched out design, logo, and theme.

It was the best experience I've ever had with a UI/UX company. Not only did they meet deadlines, but they also met and exceeded my expectations. They were very timely and quick with their work and responses. I barely had to follow up. They definitely are the best UI/UX company I've worked with so far. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We searched online for the best UI/UX designer company and found Musemind via Upwork, read their reviews and look up their portfolios, we find that they have received a lot of good reviews from their past clients, and their design are very trendy. We have chosen them based on their reviews, portfolios and cost estimate.

Their team conducted intensive research through the resources provided by us, gone through all the materials, then they came up with a product roadmap, user flow, wire frame, high fidelity, as our project has 3 different users, they carefully come up with the intuitive design for all 3 different users to make sure they are user friendly etc.

And finally, they do not hesitate to create those missing screens according to our instruction, they are very cooperative and pleasant to work with througout the whole project.

We worked with 1 UX Researcher, 1 Design Manager, and 2 Product Designers.

We are very pleased with the deliverables from Musemind. Their UI/UX served as the foundation for our platform, and we are now going to start developing our platform according to it, they also provided us with full high fidelity design and documentation, which makes it easy for our developers to follow to build the platform.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They communicate with us pretty much every working day and keep us posted with the progress of their work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very patient with my request, and even go extra miles to come up with new ideas on how we can execute the features and monetise the platform. Their design is beautiful and user friendly too, and they are very knowledgeable in the UI/UX designning field.

The project got dragged for a bit, if they can include more resources to speed it up that would be great. But overall, I am quite satisfied with it too, as I understand it is a big platform to start off with.

Our main challenge was, when user use to land to Software they could not find few functionality and features we are providing but musemind has played a great role on it. They bring some creative solution for use literally multiple solution what we loved very much especially our users. Now the site looks very professional, clean and user friendly. The platform UX is simple and great.

The project was well organized, managed, staffed and was timely finalized without any budget runoffs. Musemind’s project manager drove each aspect of the design initiative. They used clickUp for project management tool and slack for communication. They keep us on task, Musemind led daily standup meetings to ensure scope, impediments, and questions were resolved each day. Finally The project was well organized, managed, and was timely finalized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The CEO, Nasir is very knowledgeable in business and provides much guidance. Our relationship with Musemind has been enriching for many reasons, Musemind brings a world-class set of project management, design, and collaboration processes and tools critical towards ensuring fast-paced high-value Software design. They exceeded our overall expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. Musemind is a company easy to do business with.

We started adding new layers to the project and got each phase deliver weekly, reviewed with our team and ultimately implemented.

The animations were phenomenal and really brought our product to life, immediately noticed by our customers. We were able to launch our new features within days instead of weeks or months.

I've selected the vendor on Upwork platform, I've had multiple calls with different UI/UX companies but Musemind was the one we choose because of the exprience they have, the portfolio of clients and also because of the human interaction we've had with Nasir.

Immediatly after we've jumped on a zoom call, we've felt that Nasir is very kind and genuine and he also seemed very proffesional.

Our project is basically a online marketplace for digital art (NFTs). The project has multiple elements and multiple pages and we've needed someone to be able to understand our vision first and then to execute based on the documentation we've provided them.

The Musemind team did some research and they've studied the documentation we've provided and we had no issue when it came to the implementation side.

The team understood perfectly the overall vision, they also came up with suggestions and from there we've started working on it step by step with them providing us parts of the project and then us reviewing them and so on.

Our project is not yet launched but based on the feedback we got from our team and from the people that have seen the work that Nasir and his team has done, I can confidently say that we're ready to compete with the top-level projects on our field.

This is one of the strong points of this company. The workflow was flawless and everything went smooth.

The fact that Nasir, the person whom we've interacted with, was very genuine and interested in our project. He was very involved in the proccess of creation by making sure that he understood every bit of detail possible about what our goals are and what we're trying to create.

I think mine was a complex problem, so I needed to re-edit a few screens in order to align with our brand identity even more, but they did a great job, so I am happy with the result and our collaboration

Musemind met all deadlines on time with great professionalism. We haven't seen results yet, but we plan to track the website's performance by observing the response from existing and new clients through personal interaction.
