We agreed on terms of participation and began working on the concept after a few initial conversations with the owners. Together with the closest rivals and references we could find, we discussed our ideal scenario. After spending a few days with those thoughts, the Multiverse Software team was able to provide an estimate of the complexity of the construction. In order to receive updates, provide feedback, and watch the project through to completion, we established a rough plan and held weekly meetings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As of this writing, the project is almost finished, but we haven't launched yet. The software is looking great and is coming together quite well. I've never been a part of a build process this seamless, and I'm excited for our impending debut!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I could talk a lot about this. The group can discuss complicated technical topics in plain terms and is friendly. They approach their work in a playful and lighthearted way, but they take it extremely seriously.  Every encounter with them is fantastic. I am eagerly anticipating these. They excel at their jobs and meeting deadlines, which can be difficult when working with complicated technologies.  Lastly, it's quite amazing how much their team can accomplish. They are capable of building or adding anything we require for the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Multiverse Software could have done differently?

Honestly, I've loved the whole process. There's nothing that I would change.

Praharsh and his team handled the complete design and development of CrewConnect, including the mobile app for workers, the desktop dashboard for employers, and our marketing landing page. They built the mobile app for iOS and Android where workers can check in daily and report well-being and safety issues anonymously, developed a secure web platform for employers to view aggregated insights and manage crew codes, and created a professional landing page to showcase the product, capture leads, and book consultations. From design through deployment, they delivered high-quality, user-friendly solutions that aligned perfectly with our vision.

The Multiverse Software team demonstrated excellent project management throughout our engagement. They were highly organized, kept communication clear and consistent, and delivered all items on or ahead of the agreed deadlines — even under a very tight timeline. What stood out most was their responsiveness: they didn’t just execute tasks, but actively listened to my needs, quickly adjusted when priorities shifted, and often suggested solutions that saved both time and cost. Their proactive approach made them feel like a true extension of my team rather than an external vendor.

What impressed me most about Multiverse Software was how deeply they immersed themselves in my project. Rather than acting like a typical contractor, they took initiative to understand my vision, asked the right questions, and contributed ideas backed by real experience. Their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond whether that meant working late to meet a deadline or suggesting smarter ways to achieve my goals set them apart. It truly felt like they became part of my team, not just a hired developer.

Overall, my experience with Multiverse Software was excellent, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The stages of this project were 1) proof of concept, 2) Alpha version, 3) Beta version. In each phase delivery was quick 1 week after receipt of requirements. Each deliverable met its goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Praharsh was our developer. The app he developed performs perfectly. He first delivered a proof of concept which passed with flying colors. Then he implemented 2 other versions successfully zeroing in on our final needs. Throughout this, it was a pleasure working with Praharsh. He was easy to communicate with, highly competent, and quick to turn around versions. 
I have been an engineering development manager and shepherded many products to production. Seldom has one gone as well as this one and it's due entirely to Praharsh's professionalism. I wish I had another job for him. It was a pleasure working with them
