The agency works with YCombinator directly and had come to our attention as being the backbone of most of their startup growth.

We had several calls before giving them our tender. They were very professional in communicating with us and were a breath of fresh air when it comes to working with external agencies. We worked with Multiply to deliver a new approach to marketing our Marketing Suite to new generation of startups.

The whole agency had worked with us to develop a new marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

Since the new development of our marketing strategy towards startups we are using Multiply as an extension of us at Google to provide better and more efficient services. Multiply works with our Business and Sales teams to deliver crucial services and startups, increasing our overall market reach.

We had a monthly roundtable to discuss key performance indicators and project progress.

Their effort and adaptability were impressive in the workflow. Unlike other agencies they are methodical and forward thinking, thinking outside of the box to develop great client relationships and strategies.

US timezone manager would be beneficial.

At first stage interview they helped realize our overall social media potential across several notable fashion and luxury good brands. They provided with an overall analysis of absolutely every aspect of our social media and paid campaigns.

We had a dedicated growth manager and three other campaign executives.

We wanted to increase our total social media engagement across five different fashion and luxury goods brands. The marketing agency helped generate ten fold in revenue from email and social media. Our marketing has grown five times over since Multiply has come onboard.

They have excellent project management, featuring follow-up communication and in-depth feedback sessions monthly.

Their service is very high-quality. In the time that Multiply has worked for us, they’ve brought up our organic page views by 63%, our organic sessions up by 95%, our total impressions by 200%, and our clicks by more than 100%. They were efficient, prompt, and receptive to feedback. They're good at taking the information I give them and putting it together in the form of a project.

We met with the founding team after a referral from another business. They provided us with a great breakdown of services and areas of improvements.

The team provided us with paid and organic campaigns to improve our SEO as well as to provide us with TikTok and Instagram campaigns to capture best audiences for us at lowest CPAs.

The project provided us with incredible growth, and we saw immediate results. We went from few hundred downloads to several thousand in matter of days.

We had regular bi-weekly catchups to check that we were on progress to achieve our set KPI's.

The company had some of the best talents in the world when it came to marketing, growth, and SEO.

Perhaps more tailored meetings that are done day to day.

We wanted to revamp our overall engagement strategy with our customers and provide a better conversion funnel to increase our ROI and basket value.

We worked with Terry in the past and he recommended us to join Multiply and make them our conversion funnel arm for our overall marketing strategy as he joined them as innovation director.

After we implemented a new e-mail marketing flow we saw a week on week increase of up to 70% in conversions. The optimizations made on-site also provided us with an overall increase of 55% Week on Week in increased basket value conversions.
