We've increased the overall number of issues that we resolve on a periodic basis, and we've also delivered dozens of new features for our users, and solved tons of bugs as well.

I would say that they've been excellent in this regards. We use Jira to manage projects, but as a young organization they have also helped us improve our own internal project workflows. Timeliness has been great overall, they are extremely responsive and great at keeping us updated in our regular meetings and within Jira, etc.
