We see MTA as a market leader in its field and we had the opportunity to meet the team to discuss the performance marketing offer for one of our clients. We were impressed by their insightful approach to the subject and thorough preparation for the meeting. After discussing the scope, we received proposals tailored to the needs.

First, we worked on creating offers tailored to our clients. At this stage, MTA Digital has prepared a transparent offer with recommendations, KPIs and tactics at the initial stage of conducting a PPC campaign. Work on the implementation of arrangements for our clients was reported on an ongoing basis and the data was analyzed. Based on the conclusions, the campaigns were optimized to achieve satisfactory results. During the cooperation, we receive clear guidelines as to technical requirements (for example regarding content) and information on what results we can expect. We operate on tools such as Asana, Notion and Slack.

The results of the campaign are clearly presented in regular meetings. During the meetings, in addition to the results, we receive recommendations for further actions. We also discuss tactics for subsequent campaigns and how we can optimize campaigns.

We had weekly meetings to discuss ongoing projects and the tactical and process approach. We also had regular meetings to discussed the campaign results and indicated areas for optimization.

They demonstrate extensive analytical knowledge and react to the results of the campaign on an ongoing basis. They follow trends and propose new solutions. They can share knowledge about complex technical issues with others in a simple and understandable way.

The strategy was built around display & products campaigns in combination with higher funnel stages management via facebook ads awareness campaigns.

One of the important functionalities in communication was the main PM of the project, who directly updated me with all activities, we were able to arrange regular meetings and without any problems, using tools, also be in touch with executing specialists.

By keeping the information confidential, we have increased the number of conversions over the course of several months, maintaining the downward trend in CPA and CPC.

Messages, replies and additional information always provided in a timely manner.We had the opportunity to contact directly by e-mail, phone and also used the Asana tool to keep each other updated.

I choose MTA Digital, because I knew one of the people working there and from time to time we were talking about digital marketing solutions that they used with their clients and how effective they are. I decided to give it a try and hired MTA Digital to help me with setting up my website in terms of SEO guidelines.

At first, we broadly discussed all the possibilities in digital marketing to help my website perform better and attract more clients. Together with MTA Digital, we decided that engaging the given budget in SEO at first would be a good idea. Then we had a kick-off meeting, in which we outlined the strategy and steps for the cooperation for the initial three months.

We discussed, among other issues, the length of copy on the website and H1, H2, H3 titles, we choose the proper keywords, and focused on backlink strategy. Then, together with help of MTA Digital SEO team, we started implementing changes to my website. I believe after the first three months we saw the first positive results, which were an increase in the search position in Google, so I decided to continue cooperation with MTA Digital.

We still cooperate - MTA sends me guidelines to improve my website in terms of SEO, and since I gained new knowledge from their team of specialists, I’m able to implement the changes to my website on my own now.

My online sales in 2021 increased by 50% and still continue to grow. My website is also more visible in the Google search engine, which attracts more clients to it, so I observe the increase in daily visits to my website, as well as a growing interest in my services.

The SEO specialists at MTA Digital with whom I had the opportunity to work are always very flexible and open to a discussion. They also always have the time to explain to me some technical SEO details which are not clear to me at first. They never do anything on my website, until we both agree on the importance and legitimacy of the steps to be taken. I also much appreciate their timeliness, there are never any delays, and I’m well-informed about the strategy which we execute.

The most impressive is the level of technical knowledge that their specialists have. Also, the transparency when it comes to settling projects is quite unique. Worth mentioning is also the smoothness of ongoing communication between me (client) and them (agency).

We needed to promote our webinars, so we hired MTA Digital to help us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first established the topic, details, and schedule for the webinars. We also discussed with MTA Digital which channels we wanted to promote the webinars through, and their agency offered suggestions for how we could best advertise the event.

MTA Digital then gave us a proposal for a campaign, offering to use Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn as our main channels. Based on our budget, we chose to run ads on Facebook and Google. After signing the contract and discussing our campaign agenda, we went into preparing the digital banners and ad content. Their team worked closely with us to refine the advertisements and make them more attractive. 

We kicked off the campaign, and MTA Digital reviewed the ads’ performance after the first week to see what changes needed to be made. We continued to do this up until the first webinar was finished. At that point, they again provided us with more suggestions on what could be done better for the next one.

We were assigned a  Google ads manager and a Facebook ads manager. I was the main person from our side who was involved with MTA Digital, but our copywriters, financial department, and designers were also involved.

The person we had been partnering with for our performance campaigns could no longer continue working with us, so he recommended MTA Digital. We contacted the team and liked their fast response. We only had a short amount of time to prepare before the next webinar, so we really appreciated that.

We worked with them from November 2021–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was key for us to drive down the cost per lead since, at that point, we haven’t done any advertising for a long time. When we started, the cost per lead was very high, but with MTA Digital, the cost decreased. 

With every webinar, we had more and more leads registering for the event via the ad campaign. MTA Digital targeted the participants very well, which resulted in more people ultimately attending the webinar. As the cost of advertisements decreased, the results increased, which was very important.

How did MTA Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We were very satisfied with their project management. Everything was done on time and as needed. We would discuss the details at the start of every campaign, and their team would keep me updated as it was taking place, especially if we needed to make certain changes. I also consistently received reports from them at the end of each event, which saved me a lot of time since I also needed to prepare a report on our side.

Our communication was mainly done through email and Google Meet.

They were impressively professional, and we could rely on them fully because they knew what they were doing in terms of advertising. They also had a lot of skilled people on their team who helped us whenever we needed to find a solution to a certain problem.

After training, we started to use Screaming Frog and Ahres in day-to-day work. It makes our analysis and services even more professional. We are happy to have more data to choose the best SEO strategy we can bring to our clients.

Deadliness was always clear and kept. There was no place for delay or others issuses. But the best thing about project management style was that it was fully flexible to our time, place and equipment in office. We apreciate this very much.

Communication skills. There always was a person to answer our most specific questions. And they were never bored, even when we asked second time the same question. They are a fully professional team with infinite patience.
