I am the CMO of Liftern

The company operates in the construction and marketing field of complete elevation systems, control panels, and metal structures. Lifts, cargo lifts, home lifts, elevators in general. Liftern owes its constant growth to the attention given by both the administrative and research & development sector.

The belief that it is necessary to start from the complete study of the sector, from a completly objective view of the production plan, has always been a milestone for the company management. For over 15 years, Liftern has been operating mainly in Europe, but thanks to the needs of the market followed by innovation and product quality, or rather listening to the needs of professionals in the sector, Liftern is also present in the Italian market.

They developed a system to manage interactions with customers and potential customers of our lift company. The key deliverables include:

• Streamlining communication: efficient communication with customers, ensuring that all queries, complaints, and feedback are quickly and effectively addressed.
• Enhancing customer experience: help to better understand our customers, their needs, and their preferences. This help us to tailor our products and services to better meet customer requirements, and to provide a more personalized customer experience.
• Increasing sales: By analyzing customer data and identifying trends, the software help us to target sales efforts more effectively and increased sales and revenue.
• Improving customer retention: by providing excellent customer service and support, the software improved customer loyalty and retention. Analyzing data: provided detailed analytics and reporting capabilities, allowing to track customer behavior, identify trends, and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
• Automating processes: helped to automate many of the repetitive tasks involved in customer management, such as sending follow-up emails or scheduling appointments. Saved time and increased efficiency.
• Providing a centralized database: By storing all customer data in one central location, the software provided easy access to customer information, allowing employees to quickly and easily find the information they need. Improved communication and collaboration across the organization.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Regarding the sw project management, we must say that overall, it was well-handled. The person in charge was able to create a clear plan and timeline, and we were able to follow it accordingly. As for the items, most of them were delivered on time, although there were a few minor delays that were quickly addressed and resolved.

In terms of responsiveness, the person was attentive to our needs and was quick to respond to any concerns or issues that we raised. Overall, I would say that the project management was effective and the person was able to deliver a satisfactory outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found several things about this company to be impressive and unique. Firstly, I was impressed by the level of innovation and creativity that the company demonstrated. They were constantly pushing the boundaries of what was possible in their industry and coming up with new and exciting products and services.

Secondly, I found the company's commitment to customer satisfaction to be particularly noteworthy. They went above and beyond to ensure that their customers were happy and their needs were met. Finally, I was struck by the positive and supportive culture that the company fostered.

Employees were encouraged to collaborate and support one another, which made for a productive and enjoyable work environment. Overall, I would say that the most impressive and unique thing about this company was the combination of innovation, customer-centricity, and positive culture that they embodied.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MST Management could have done differently?

While my experience with MST Management was overall positive, there are one area where I think the company could improve. I think there could be more communication between the different departments and teams. At times, it seemed like there were some silos and communication breakdowns that could have been avoided.
