We approached Mpiric Software to build our company website completely from scratch. At that time we didn’t have a proper online platform to showcase our surgical products, so the main goal was to create a professional e-commerce website where we could present our product catalog in a structured way.
The team first worked on understanding our product categories and how we wanted the products to be displayed for hospitals, clinics, and distributors visiting the site. After that they designed and developed the full website using WordPress along with some custom development to support our product structure and e-commerce functionality.
One of the key parts of the project was building a CMS that our internal team could easily manage without technical knowledge. They created a backend system where we can add new products, update specifications, manage categories, and handle inquiries without needing developer support every time.
The website was also developed to be fully responsive so it works properly on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. They implemented product pages with detailed specifications, organized navigation for different surgical categories, and a clean interface that looks professional for medical buyers.
Some of the main deliverables included the complete website design, WordPress CMS setup, custom product management structure, e-commerce functionality, mobile responsive design, and deployment of the live website. The project was completed between March 2023 and May 2023 and the final platform gave us a solid digital presence for our surgical business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After the website is live, biggest change we noticed was that our products finally had a proper place online. Now visitors can directly explore the product categories and specifications on the site.
Another thing we saw was more inquiries coming through the website itself. People were able to find the information they needed much quicker, which helped them contact us with clearer requirements. It made the whole process easier for both sides.
Internally also it helped a lot. Our team can now upload new products, update details, or manage categories from the CMS without depending on technical support every time. That flexibility was actually very useful for us.
Overall the website gave our business a much stronger online presence and made it simpler for potential buyers to understand what we offer.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project management overall was quite smooth. Janak was the main person coordinating the work and he was very responsive and cooperative throughout the project. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, he was easy to reach and explained things in a simple way.
Most of the project tasks were delivered on schedule. There were a few small delays during some stages of development, maybe a few days or around a week in some cases, but it was always communicated to us in advance so it didn’t create any major issue for our side.
What we appreciated was their willingness to listen to our requirements and adjust things when needed. If we wanted to modify something or change a feature, the team was open to discussing it and finding a solution.
Even after the website launch, they continue to provide support whenever required. If we need help, updates, or small changes, they are always ready to assist and respond in a helpful way. Overall the collaboration has been comfortable and supportive from their side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
One thing that really stood out for us was how they tried to understand our business first before jumping into development. We are in surgical products industry and the product structure can be a bit complex, but they took time to understand how our categories and product information should be organized.
Another thing we liked was their flexibility. Sometimes during the project we requested changes or small adjustments and they were open to discuss and work on those things instead of just saying it’s outside the scope. That made the collaboration easier for us.
Also their support even after the project finished is something we appreciate. Many companies complete the work and then communication becomes difficult, but in our case they still respond and help whenever we need something related to the website.
Overall what felt unique was their combination of technical knowledge and willingness to cooperate with the client’s requirements.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mpiric Software could have done differently?
Overall our experience working with them was positive, so there is not really any major area of concern. If we had to mention something small, maybe a little more structured timeline updates during some stages of development could have helped us track progress even better.
There were a few moments where timelines shifted slightly by a few days only, but it was communicated and eventually everything was completed properly. So it was not a big issue from our side.
