For what projects/services did your company hire MotionDock, and what were your goals?

We launched a new product and we needed a digital marketing agency to take the lead, thus we reached out to MotionDock. By this, we hoped to drive in traffic and get sales for the product

We searched online for a digital marketing agency and we found the service of MotionDock

We first of all went through a discovery phase to go over our goals and objectives. They then put together a 2 part strategy focusing on email and social media.

We worked with a project manager, an email marketer and a social media manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The mails and media content were very successful and we had over 70% open rate and 85% click-through rate. The strategies made our products known and we generated over $100,000 in first month of launch

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Wec had in person meetings twice a week to go over our campaign. We communicated via email, and they were great at management

They were always ready to help.

We started with a discovery meeting. They started by coming up and checking out the video we had done for edition

We worked with a project manager and his team. The edition was great and they removed some parts of the videos, which made it perfect

We got new Investors after launching the video. The outcome was great, and the process was smooth.
